CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1         Case FIR No. 143/15  dated 28/09/15  U/S 341, 323,504, 506  IPC has registered in P.S.  Gohar   on the  complaint  of Smt. Samitra Devi  W/O Sh. Jai  Singh  R/O  Tipra P.O.  Chattri Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/15  her  daughter-in-law  namely  Vidya Devi  obstructed  her way and beat her  up and  also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC  Sarwan  Kumar  I.O. of  PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY,  HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR  No. 89/15 dated  27/09/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Jhabe Ram R/O  Vill. Suran PO  Segli Distt.  Mandi  (HP)  that  on 27/09/15   he was going to  his home ,in the mean time  Guddu Ram  S/O Sh. Led Ram R/O  Kahnu   Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC  Vijay  Kumar No. 405  I.O. of PP  Kamand is investigating  the case.

CASE  OF   EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 227/15 dated 27/09/15  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by ASI  Ram Lal  I/C  PP City  that on 27/09/15  he  was on patrolling alongwith other Police officials  at Palace  Colony  and during the course of patrolling he  recovered  12,750 ML  Country  Liquor from the  possession of  Manjul  Thakur  S/O Sh.  Man  Singh  R/O   House No. 9/5 Palace  Colony  Mandi  (HP) .   ASI  Ram  Lal  I/C of  PP City   Mandi  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF   NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No. 228/15 dated 27/09/15  U/S  20 of  NDPS  Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  SI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 27/09/15  he laid  a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at Bhiuli    bridge  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  200  Gram Charas ( Cannabis)   from the possession of  Ravi  Kumar S/O Sh. Inderjeet Singh  R/O  Deep Nagar PO  Doraha Tehsil  Paiel Distt. Ludhiana (PB) . SI Ram  Lal  I.O. of P.S.  Sadar is investigating the case.

5         Case FIR No. 241/15 dated 28/09/15  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Sharma S/O Sh. Rattan Lal  R/O  Thana PO  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/09/15  he   alongwith Surinder Kumar  were  going to home,  in the mean time  Goldy  S/O Sh. Prakash Chand  VPO  Gopalpur   Tehsil Sarkaghat   Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed their way  and  beat up  to  Surinder  Kumar .  HC  Ravi  Kant   No. 2 is investigating the case.

6         Case FIR No. 242/15 dated 28/09/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi  W/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O  Gaihari  Bhadarpur PO  Pounta Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  26/09/15  Pawan Kumar  S/O Sh. Krishan Chand  &  Urmila Devi  W/O  Pawan Kumar  resident of the same locality  obstructed  her way and beat her up and  also threatened her with dire consequences.   ASI   Chiranji  Lal  I/C of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

7          Case FIR No. 112/15 dated 27/09/15  U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a person resident of R/O  Rahala Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his daughter is missing since  25/09/15  and  he  suspect that  Budh Ram  S/O  Sh. Taglu Ram  R/O  Jolly  PO  Mohal Tehsil  Bhunter  Distt.  Kullu(HP)  kidnapped  his daughter with  the intention  to marry with her.  ASI  Mohar Singh  I.O. of   P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY AND HURT

8          Case FIR No. 257/15 dated 28/09/15  U/S  341, 323, 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Chandu Ram  S/O Sh. Govind  Ram  R/O   Kathyal PO  Kummi  Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 29/09/15   Param  Dev S/O Sh. Bangali Ram  came alongwith his friend and obstructed his way  and beat him up .  SI   Vikash Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

9          180  Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs. 31,100 /-  was recovered   and 5 Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 500 /- was recovered  during  last 24 hours.
