CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 212/15 dated 14/09/15 U/S 336,323,504 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gayru Ram S/O Sh. Todermal R/O H. No. 117/3 Palace Colony  Distt. Mandi that on 14/09/15  he  stood on his land along with his wife Veena in the mean time  Smt. Dharma Devi W/O Sh. Thakur Singh R/O H. No. 129/3 Palace Colony Mandi pelted stones on them and  they sustained injuries.  Dharam Devi also abused  and threaten them. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR NO 85/15 dated 13/09/15 U/S 341, 324, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Mangnu Ram R/O Vill. Bhumchvahan PO Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi HP that on 12/09/15 at 9:20 PM when he was going to his home after closing  his shop, on the way Parkash Chand, Chirnji Lal, Pawan Kumar, Gopal Singh & Gulab Singh R/O  Village Bajot obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Roop Lal IO PS Padhar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 13/09/15 U/S 289 IPC has been registered  at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Pal R/O Village Saron PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar District Mandi that on 13/09/15  he was at his home and pet dog of Ranveer Singh S/O Sh. Paramdev R/O Village Saron PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar District Mandi came there and bit him. ASI Baldev Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF MOLESTATION, OBSTRUCTING WAY HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No 97/15 dated 13/09/15 U/S 341, 323, 354, 504, 34 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony on the complaint of a lady R/O Vill Khaloh stated  that on 13/09/15 at about 11:00AM  Sanjay Kumar and his family member  obstructed  her way and beat her and her daughters up.   They also abused and tore the cloths of her daughter. HC  Ram Lal  I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 57/15 dated 13/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Dharampur by ASI Rakesh Kumar I/C PP Sandhol that on 13/09/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Sandhol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Hari Chand S/O Shattai R/O Vill. Lowar Ghanala PO & Tehsil Sandhol Distt. Mandi HP. ASI Rakesh Kumar I/C PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

6.      154 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20900/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
