CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 91/15 dated 04/09/15 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Narayanu Ram S/O Paddu Ram,  R/O Vill. Dedyalaa, PO Jai Devi, Teh. Sundernagar,  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/15 at about 11:30AM  Tek Chand &his family members obstructe the  way of  her wife &beat  her up.  HC Ram Lal I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF SC/ST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 100/15 dated 4/9/2015 U/S 147,149,323,341,504 IPC & U/S 3 of SC/ST  Act  has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh,  Rahul S/O Sh. Shiv Ram Vill. Hansu PO Panarsa SubTehsil  Aut Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he is studying in 10+2 at GSSS Panarsa . On 04/09/2015 after school time at about 2:45 PM he was going to his home along with his brother Vishal S/O Sh. Mast Ram  and after some distance from school  Jitender, Yogesh, Chaman, Vinay, Lalit, Vipin, Aman, and Balvir came there obstructed their way and beat Vishal up.  They also abused Vishal on caste basis.  Primary  investigating is doing  by Insp. Lokender Singh SHO PS Aut.

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CRIMINAL TRESSPASS

1. Case FIR NO. 198/15 dated 4/9/15 U/S 447,406,408,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gokal Chand S/O Raghu Ram Village Chadyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that Munshi Ram (Pradhan Gurudwara Kabir Sabha Pulgharat) S/O Sh.  Nanak Chand R/O Village Malori PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP),  Roop Lal and  Anil Kumar both are S/O  Shri Bardu R/O Villgae Pulgharat PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) have illegally encroached the Govt. Land which is on the name of Gurudawara and constructing a building on that land.  ASI Lakshmi Chand I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF FORGERY

1. Case FIR NO. 199/15 dated 4/9/15 U/S 420,465,468,471 IPC and 207 of M.V.Act has been registered at PS Sadar by HC Brij Lal  TTR Wing Mandi that on 03/09/15 at 8:00 AM he  along with ASI Chaman Lal was on traffic checking at near PS Sadar. During the checking he  compounded  a Bus no. HP 33-E-9900 without documents. Later he checked  the bus no. on  HP POLICE Website  and he found that  (HP 33-E-9900) no. is issued to a Tata Safari jeep by RLA Mandi on the name of  Sh. Jitander Kumar S/O Sh. Subash VPO Talyahar Mandi . But owner of the above Bus Vikash Guleria fraudulently using the no. and without permit running the bus on the route  Mandi to IIT Kammand for IIT Student. SI Anil Kumar I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 200/15 dated 5/9/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Parma Nand S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Chandyal PO Tikker, Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  04/09/15 he was coming from Kullu to Mandi by his Car No. HP33B-4725 and  at near Kenchi  turn  a Canter No. UP72(T)-1040 came very rashly from Pandoh side and hit his  Car from the wrong side. In this accident he sustained injuries.  SI Vishal Rathour I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.  

CASE OF DISHONEST MISAPPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY

1. Case FIR No. 224/15 dated 04/09/2015 U/S 403,421,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of  Branch Manager, Bank of India, Branch Mandi (HP) that Sunil Gupta S/O Sh. Chaman Lal, Dalip Gupta S/O  Sh. Chaman Lal, Rohitash S/O Sunil Kumar, Paras Ram S/O Sh.  Sunil Kumar and Smt. Kamini W/O Sh. Sunil Kumar all residents of Village Gutkar Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP,  have    misappropriated the land property which was mortgaged to the Bank for loan amount. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case. 

    

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, INTIMIDATION AND HURT

    

2. Case FIR No. 225/15 dated 05/09/2015 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint  of  Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Raman Chand R/O Village Chowki Chanderahan PO Riyur Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP)that on 04/09/2015 at about 08:00 PM when he was present  at his home with his son at that time Prem Singh and  Besar Lal entered in his home and beat them up. HC Raj Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTIING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 135/2015 dated 04/09/2015 U/S 341/342/504/506/34 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint  of Smt. Kushma Devi W/O  Lt. Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Raja PO Tramat Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 04/09/2015 at about 8:00 PM Mahender Singh locked her son Sahil in the gallery of their house. And Anil kumar S/O Sh. Khem Singh, Santosh Kumari, Brahami Devi , Anku, and Kaka came there and threw bricks on her and also  threatened her with dire consequences. HC Desh Raj I/S PP Ghatta  is investigating the case.

1. Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. Was recovered and Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. Was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
