CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 241/15 dated 16/07/2015 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh that today he was on traffic duty near Medical College at Bhangrotu and during the course of checking of a Punjab Roadways Bus (PB32J-7538) he recovered 300 grams cannabis (charas) from the possession of Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Umed Singh R/O Painja Jattan P.S. Ganaur Distt. Sonipat Haryana. HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 233/15 dated 16/09/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Noka Ram R/O Roparidhar PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/09/2015 Shahi Kant and Surya Kant both are son of Late Sh. Tulsi Ram obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 213/15 dated 16/09/2015 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Lakhvinder Singh S/O Sh. Tara Singh R/O VPO Kullu Tehsil Kullu Distt. Kullu (HP) at present driver  with Addl. District & Session Judge, Kullu (HP) that today he was on the way by  official vehicle (HP34D-0090) from Kullu towards Shimla and at about 10.20 AM when he reached near Khoti nullah, a truck (HP34B-1093) came from Mandi side very rashly &  negligently and hit the said car.  HC Yesh Pal No. 14 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT

4. Case FIR No. 135/15 dated 15/09/2105 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Vill. Kutahchi PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/09/2105 Yash Pal, Mahinder Pal and Sachin beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

5. Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 16/09/2015 U/S 326 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that today Dharmender S/O Sh. Nanak Ram beat him up at Dhanotu and also bit his  middle finger due to which he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.  Case FIR No. 103/15 dated 15/09/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R/O Lakshal PO Rahla Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/09/2015 he along with his uncle Kuram Chand came back from Kataula by tractor (HP66-2450) which was driven by his uncle Kuram Chand and when they reached at Kandi more, driver Kuram Chand  lost control over it due to rash and negligent driving and  said tractor rolled down from the road and driver Kuram Chand sustained injuries.  ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

7.    216 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 35,800/-  was recovered,  18 Challans were issued under COTPA  and fine of  Rs. 1800 was recovered and 1 Challan was  issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
