CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AT MOHARDHAR P.S. PADHAR
1. Today at about 9.25 AM a private New Prem Bus (HP68B-3535) which was on its way from Manali to Pathankot, carrying about 50/52 passengers, while said bus reached at Mohardhar near Narla driver of said bus lost control over it and rolled down about 35/40 feet downwards from the road, resulting of which one person namely Devi Chand S/O Sh. Vipanu Ram R/O village Sarni PO Balh Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi died on the spot whereas 35 passengers sustained injuries in this mishap.
Team of the local police rushed to the spot immediately to rescue the injured persons. Sh. Kuldeep Chand Rana, Addl. Superintendent of Police, District Mandi visited the spot and supervised the entire rescue operation. All injured persons brought to C.H. Padhar for treatment.
In this connection a case FIR No. 84/15 dated 10/09/2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar and investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMDATION
2. Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 451,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Birbala Devi W/O Sh. Uttam Singh R/O Vill. Badidhar PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/2015 Inder Singh S/O Sh. Ami Chand R/O Vill. Badidhar PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) knocked the door of her house and also abused her. ASI Baldev Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RAPE
3. Case FIR No. 82/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 376,506 IPC and U/S 4 of POCSO Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a minor girl resident of Padwahan areas that her maternal uncle (Buaie) Ram Lal called her in his house and raped her. As a result she became pregnant and born a baby and her maternal uncle Ram Lal spoiled her entire life. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 83/15 dated 10/09/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bhavishya Sharma S/O Sh. Chandersheel Sharma R/O H. NO. 131/10 Thanehra Mohala Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/2015 he along with his friend Aanish were eating chowmin at Kamlu Fast Food at Kamand, in the mean tme Kamal owner of the shop offered him drinks but he refused the offer. On this Kamal and his friend Jeewan Lal beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar NO. 405 I.O. P.P. Kamand is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 230/15 dated 10/09/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Constable Hans Raj No. 312 that today at about 5 AM after completion of his duty he was going towards his residence, in the mean time one Volvo bus (HP01-3590) which was bounded from Delhi to Manali and when said bus reached at Lalit Chwok Sundernagar, driver of said bus lost control over it and hit the boundary wall of a residential house and in this mishap two persons sustained injuries. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6. Case FIR No. 138/15 dated 10/09/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar Incharge P.P. Bassi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 19 bottles of country liquor, 6 bottles of English wine and 3 bottles of beer from the possession of Sumit Pathania S/O Sh. Rajender Pathania PO Chalharag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar Incharge P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 93/15 dated 09/09/15 dated 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Francina W/O Sh. Parveen Kumar R/O House No. 176/11 PO Purana Bazar Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/15 at about 07:50 PM she was going towards Sundernagar by her Car( HP28A-0001), in the mean time another Car ( HP31A-9073) which was driven by Sanjay Kumar Sandhu came rashly from Sundernagar side and collided with her car and she sustained injuries. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No.229/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 325, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Gian Chand obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No.128/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 341, 323, 324 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Lacchi Devi W/O Late. Sh. Hans Raj R/O Thachi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/15 Pyare Lal & Bashakhu Ram both are the resident of Thachi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and beat her up and he sustained injuries. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

Basakhu Ram R/O Thachi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that he alongwith Neelmani were going to his home, in the mean time Shillu, Shubhash, Lachhi & Priya obstructed their way and beat both of them and they sustained injuries and also threatened them with dire consequences . Jagdish Chand R/O Plot No. 8 Himunda Colony Sanyardhi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/08/15 Rattan Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Naryan Dass R/O Samkhetar obstructed his way and beat him alongwith his son Pravesh Sharma. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.

Param Dev Sharema R/O Bathan PO Gamber Khad Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/09/15 Shiv Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND& HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
13. Case FIR No. 232/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 498(A) , 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bandna Kumari W/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Om Parkash, but after some time of her marriage her husband and his relatives started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry and also threatened her with dire consequences. SI Vikash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 233/15 dated 09/09/2015 U/S 341,147,149,323 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Halki Devi W/O Parmanand R/O Village Hawanu PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 09/09/2015 Mast Ram along with 5/6 persons obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
15. Case FIR No. 235/15 dated 10/09/2015 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jogi Ram S/O Sh. Dumnu Ram R/O Vill. Saroa PO Gagal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/2015 Noula Ram beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
16. 260 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 33,600 was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1900 was recovered during last 24 hours.
