CASE OF   HURT

1          Case FIR No.144/14 dated 08/11/14 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Sewak  Ram S/O Sh.  Mohan Lal  R/O  Latrari PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 07/11/14  Gian Chand  beat him up  and  he sustained injuries.   HC  Ranjeet Singh  No. 71  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

2         Case FIR No.  96/14 dated 08/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Deepak  Kumar  S/O Sh. Nag  Raj  R/O  Kadwahan PO  Padhwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/11/14  he alongwith  his father were   going  to their home alongwith   Sheep/Goats  and  when they reached near  Gawali, in  mean time  Car (HP 58A-0663) came rashly from  Jogindernagar side and  hit  his  father namely  Nag Raj . In this  incident  his  father sustained injuries and  now admitted  at  Govt. Hospital  Padhar  for treatment .  HC  Roop Lal  No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is  investigating the case.  

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL   INTIMIDATION

3         Case FIR No. 275/14  dated 08/11/14 U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Jagarnath S/O Sh. Munshi  Ram  R/O  Binola PO  Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 08/11/14 he was going to their home and  reached  Gassi Nala, in the  mean time  Vijay Kumar obstructed  his way and  abused him   and also threatened  with dire consequence.  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP  Dehar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY  AND  INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No.276/14 dated 09/11/14 U/S 289, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Kashmir Singh  S/O  Late. Sh.  Mahant Ram R/O  Kalahoud Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 09/11/14   he was  doing the work in his field, in the mean time Pooja came  alongwith her pet dog and encouraging  her pet  dog  to bite him.  ASI Prakash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5          184 Challan were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.30,700/-  was recovered  and 14  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
