CRIME REPORT ON 26 NOV.

 

 TRIBUTE TO THE MARTYRS                                             

1          Today  Mandi Police  paid  tribute to the martyrs   of  26-11-2008 Terrorist  attack  at Mumbai  in Police line Mandi  in    the  command of Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, Superintendent of Police   Distt. Mandi (HP) .

 ARREST OF PROCLAIMED   OFFENDER

2          Today  P.O. Hunt Cell Mandi  under the  command  of  HC Ashok Kumar  nabbed  a procalined  offender  Sandeep Singh  S/O Sh. Prem Singh  VPO Firni   Mayara  PO  & Tehsil  Ballachor Distt. Nawnshahar  (PB)  who  was  wanted in  Case FIR No. 106/10  dated 09-09-10  U/S 279, 337 IPC of  P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar   and he was declared  proclaimed  offender by the  Ld- Court  JMIC –II Sundernagar  on  03-01-2014.    

CASE OF   NDPS ACT

3          Case FIR No. 295/14 dated 25/11/14 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek   Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP  Slapper that  on  25/11/14  he was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at   Dhughal  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  86 Gram  Charas(  Cannabis) from the possession of  Naryan Singh  S/O Sh. Daya Ram  R/O  Neelampur PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi.  HC Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 199/14 dated 26/11/14 U/S  341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  Smt. Sharda Devi D/O  Sh.  Naren  Singh  R/O  Neri  Langana PO Chimnu  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that when she was  coming to Jogindarnagar  for Court  Evidence  and in  the mean  time   her husband  Rajmal  S/O Sh.  Dhanni  Ram  R/O  Thati PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP  came there and obstructed her way and beat her up and  she sustained injuries.  HC  Rajmal No.  875  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case

CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY

5          Case FIR No. 156/14 dated  25/11/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by ASI  Jhabe Ram  I. O. of P.S. Karsog that on  25/11/14 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Dhani  during the  course of patrolling he  found that  Tota Ram  S/O Sh. Bhagatu Ram  R/O Dhani Nala  PO  Bhanthal  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mnadi (HP)   laid a heap of sand on the road  which was  causing  obstruction to the general public as  well as traffic .  ASI Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY

6          Case FIR No. 157/14 dated  25/11/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by ASI  Jhabe Ram  I. O. of P.S. Karsog that on  25/11/14 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Sanarli and  during the  course of patrolling he  found that   Rup Lal S/O Sh. Dola Ram  R/O  Sanarli  P.o. Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)   laid a heap of sand on the road  which was  causing  obstruction to the general public as  well as traffic .  ASI Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case. 

 CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 279/14 dated 26/11/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar by  SI  Kulwant Singh (Prob)  I.O. Sadar that on 26/11/14 on a telephonic information  he went on  spot at  Five Miles and  found that  a  vehicle (HP65-4188) was  rolling  downwards  from  the road  at Five Miles  due to rash driving of  driver  Hukkam Chand  S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O  Dusra Khabu PO  Sarwdhar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  and  above said   driver  died  on the spot in this mishap.  SI  Kulwant Singh (Prob)  I.O.  of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No. 373/14 dated 25/11/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Abhisek   Thakur  S/O Sh. Bodhraj R/O  Sarsahi PO  Haripur  Tehsil Kullu  (HP) that   on 25/11/14  he  was  going  to  Kullu by his  Car(HP66A-2585)  and   when he reached neat  Valley  View  in the mean  time  a Truck (HP12D-7014)  came  rashly   and hit his car.  ASI  Jagdish  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

9          Case  FIR No. 407/14  dated 25/11/14 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Suresh  Kumar S/O Sh. Shankar Dass  R/O  Barchhwar PO  Surajpur Bari Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 24/11/14 Krishan Chand  came  alongwith  Deep  Kumar  both resident of  Barchhwar  entered in the  courtyard of his home and  beat him up.  HC  Hem Raj  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND OBSTRUCTNG   WAY

10         Case FIR No. 408/14  dated 25/11/14 U/S 147, 149, 356, 447, 341, 323  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Susma W/O Sh. Ashwani  Kumar  R/O  Kalot  PO  Rakoh  Tehsil  Sarkaghat   Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/14  Karan ,  Santosh  Negi  Kashmir  Singh , Krishan Chand ,  Viku, Shiva Chander Kanta, Rishan, Pinki  and   Sagar  entered in her land  and start to construct   road with her consent  and  they also beat her up.  ASI  Rakesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE   OF  EXCISE ACT

11         Case  FIR No. 410/14  dated 26/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has  been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Thakur Dass  I.O. of PP Hatli that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Bari and  during the  course of patrolling he recovered  3750  ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Yashwant Singh  S/O Sh. Samunda Ram  R/O   Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Thakar Dass  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.  

CHALLAN

12         128   Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.16,500 /-  was recovered  and 6 challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 600/- was  recovered  and  2 challans were issued under Mining  Act and  fine of  Rs 11,700/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
