CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No.263/14 dated 13/11/2014 U/S 279,304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hitesh Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Kumar R/O Vill. Shilakipper PO Duddar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was present at Bindrawani in his shop and he saw that a vehicle (HP65-4156) fell down from the road and driver Lakhan Singh S/O Sh. Mahender Singh R/O Shilakipper PO Duddar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) died in this accident.  ASI Karan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND UNDER SCHEDULED CAST AND SCHEDULED TRIBE (PREVENTION OF ATROCITY)ACT

2. Case FIR No. 146/14 dated 12/11/2014 U/S 147,336,506 IPC & U/S 3 (1)(5) (10) Scheduled Caste& Scheduled Tribe Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Gauri Dutt S/O Sh. Balu R/O Vill. Kufatu PO Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Jai Chand and other his associate beat him up and also abused by cast. SH. Kulbhushan Verma SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

3. Case FIR No. 187/2014 dated 12/11/2014 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Bholu Ram R/O Vill. Bharola PO Sainthal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a Baba namely Promod Giri R/O H. No. 1369 Ward No. 24 near Jai Ram Vidya Pith Braham Sarober Kurukshetra (Haryana) is residing on Triveni Tarungari Baba Kutia at Bharolla. On 29/10/14 above Baba went to his native vullae and on 31/10/14 he informed telephonically him that he is going to Rajasthan and he saw vest idols of Lord Shiva and for purchasing said idols sum of Rs. 30,000/- on this he send the sum of Rs. 30,000/- and above Baba cheated to him. ASI Thakru Ram incharge P.P.  Ghatta is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

4. Case FIR No. 281/14 dated 12/11/2014 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Bhounnbari PO Kaloud Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 12/11/14 Ajab Verma along with his two associates obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 282/14 dated 12/11/14 U/S 279/337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O Samaila PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/14 a M/Cycle (HP33C-7759) came from Bus Stand side very rashly and hit to Sh. Yog Raj who sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RAOD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 283/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Sharma S/O Sh. Raghu Nath Sharma R/O VPO Batal Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan at present H. NO. 198/2 near MLSM College Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/14 he along with Sh, Kuldeep Singh Rana was going towards MLSM College Sundernagar, in the mean time a car (HP31A-4590) came from Lalit Chwok side very rashly and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Khem Raj No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 129/14 dated 13/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Khem Dass S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Saranala PO Thalout Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/14 his brother Sh. Atma Ram and Sh. Bhag Chand were going to their home, in the mean time a jeep (HP49-1167) came from Kullu side very rashly and hit his brother Sh. Atma Ram who sustained injuries. HC Prakam Singh No. 904 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

8. 120 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  13,700/-    and 9 challans  made under COTPA& fined  Rs. 900/-.
