CRIME REPORT ON 25 NOV.

                              

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1          Case FIR No. 198/14 dated 24/11/14  U/S 363, 366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint    a lady  R/O  Ghatasani  PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that her daughter  is  missing  since  11/11/14 and she suspect that  Shamir who was residing  in their house  as a  tenant  kidnapped her daughter.   SI Yog Raj  SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2          Case FIR No. 154/14 dated 24/11/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  ASI  Sohan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog that  on  24/11/14  he was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Majhas  and  during the course of patrolling  he  found that  Yuv  Raj  S/O Sh. Chajju Ram R/O  Majhas Tehsil Karsog  putting  the  shop on the  road side which was  causing  obstruction  to the general public as well as  traffic.  ASI  Sohan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog   is investigating the case.

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

3          Case FIR No. 155/14 dated 24/11/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI  Amar  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 24/11/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Karsog and  during  the course of patrolling he found that  Parkash  Verma  S/O Sh. Gian  Chand  R/O Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)   laid a heap of sand  on the road  which was causing    obstruction to the general public as well as  traffic.

CASE UNDER   ANIMAL CRUELTY ACT

4          Case FIR No. 294/14  dated 24/11/14  U/S 11 of Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by  HC Pawan Kumar  No. 919 I.O. of  P.S. Sunderangar   that on 24/11/14  on a telephonic information he went on the spot at  old   Bus  Stand  Sundernagar  and  found  that  18 buffalos   were  being transported  by  Dharam Dass  S/O Sh. Babu R/O  Godhahiya PO Jagdishpur Tehsil Solan Distt. Raebaranpur  by a   Truck (HP31B-5124)  in hazardous  conditions.  HC   Pawan  Kumar  Nod. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5          152 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.23,500/-  was recovered  and 15 challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1500/- was  recovered during  last 24 hours.
