 CASE   OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 274/14  dated 08/11/14 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC  Girdhari  Lal  No. 30  of  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar  that   today  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Pungh Barrier  and  during the course of  checking of  Car(HR51Q-6845)   he recovered 550 Gram Charas(Cannabis )  from the possession of  Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Samya Singh  &   Satish Kumar  S/O  Sh. Sular Singh   both the resident of   Mujesyar Tehsil Balabhgarh Distt. Faridabad (HR).  HC  Girdhari Lal I.O.  of  P.S. Sunderangar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case    FIR No.390/14  dated 07/11/14  U/S  279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat   by  HC Prem Singh  No. 75 I.O. of PP Dharampur  that on 07/11/14  he was   going  to Marhi  alongwith  HHG  Desh  Raj , Rakesh Kumar,  Vijay  Kumar , Mukesh Kumar  & Chatar Singh by  Car(HP28A-2078)  and when they reached at Banwar, in the mean time  driver of said car, which was  driven by HHG  Desh Raj  lost the control on the  said car  and    car fell  down 100 Mtr. downwards  from the  road and   said Vijay Kumar who  was boarded on the said car  died on the spot  and other occupants   sustained injuries.  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar I.O. PPDharampur is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 88/14 dated 07/11/14 U/S 447, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  on  the  complaint of  Smt.  Malti Devi  W/O Sh.  Hem  Singh  R/O  Fagwao PO  Jai Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 07/11/14 Roshani  Devi   came along with  Hema Devi , entered in her grass  land and  beat her up  and she sustained in juries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL  BREACH OF  TRUST BY PUBLIC SERVANT

 

4          Case FIR No.354/14 dated 07/11/14  U/S 409 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Balh   on the complaint of  Sr. Superintendent of  Post  Office Mandi , Distt. Mandi  that  Sohan Singh  S/O Sh.  Tej  Singh  R/O  Jarol PO Sainji Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  was posted as  a Gramin Dak  Sewak   at  Sainji Post  Office duing the year2012  and  during  this  period  he  misappropriated  the amount  collected by  him  to  be  deposited  in RD  Account  .  HC  Rajesh  Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING  WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case  FIR No.355/14  dated 07/11/14 U/S 341,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Naresh  Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Dayal Sharma VPO Bhana Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 07/11/14 Hukkam Chand  came alongwith his wife and obstructed his way  and beat him up.  HC  Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

 

CHALLAN

6          407  Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.83,100 /-  was recovered  and 11  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1300/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
