CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 368/14 dated 22/11/14 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Satpal I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 22/11/14 he laid a nakka at Nagchala and during the course nakka he recovered 180 Gram cannabis from the possession of Rafique S/O Sh. Sadik Khan R/O Vill. Jalan PO Pulwan Tehsil & Distt. Sangrur (PB). ASI Satpal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR NO.370/14 dated 22/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Inspr. Chet Singh SHO P.S. Balh that on 22/11/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Bhangrotu and during the course of nakka he recovered 450 Gram cannabis from the possession of Vinay Sharma S/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Vill. Lahshan PO Kohala Tehsil Jawalamukhi Distt. Kangra (HP). Inspr. Chet Singh SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3. Case FIR NO. 369/14 dated 22/11/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Kamal Kishore R/O Vill. Kathla PO Chailchowk Tehsil Gohar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/11/14 three persons came by a truck from Gohar side and they obstructed his way along with uncle Sh. Deepak Sharma and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

4.   Case FIR No. 371/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 447,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on Thakur Singh, Gur Singh, Mahender Singh, Satish and Man Singh all resident of village Manglah PO Mandal encroached his land. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 367/14 dated 22/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram R/O Vill. Village Lunapani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/11/14 at about 03.30  PM a private bus (HP65-5209) came from Nerchowk side towards Mandi and hit a tanker (HP65-5209) and 8 persons sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 292/14 dated 22/11/14 U/S 147,148,149,323, 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Besar Lal R/O Vill. Trihmi PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/11/14 Sansar Chand, Vinod Kumar, Ramesh Kumar, Ram Singh, Bimla Devi, Maya Devi, Savitri Devi, Abhishek, Shallu and Ramesh beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Rajender Thakur Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 293/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 903 I.O. of P.P. Slapper that today a tralla (HR46D-3646) fell down from the road about 100 mtrs downwards due to rash and negligent driving by its driver Raju Rana. HC Tek Chand NO. 903 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT,MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 405/14 dated 22/1/14 U/S 451,323,427,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Prabhu Ram R/O Vill. Pipali PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Akshay Kumar S/O Sh. Banshi Ram entered in hi shome and beat him up. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

10. 144 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.15,800/-  was recovered  and 8 challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 800/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
