CASE OF NDPS ACT

1         Case FIR No. 136/14 dated 02/11/14  U/S  20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S.  Karsog  that  on today  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Charkufri and during   course of nakkabandi  he recovered  200 Gram   Charas(Cannabis)  from  the possession of  Ram Lal  S/O Sh. Chudu Ram  R/O  Jokanali P.O. Shanker Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

2   Case FIR No. 183/14dated 01/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar that   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Bhadiyada  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country Liquor from the possession of  Sansar Chand  S/O Sh. Gandhi Ram R/O  Dhaneter PO  Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case  FIR No. 156/14  dated  02/11/14 U/S  451, 323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Chaman Lal  S/O Sh. Lalman R/O  Badan PO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on 02/11/14  Jai Singh  S/O  Sh. Uttam Chand   came  alongwith his  wife, entered  in  courtyard of his home and  beat  him up and also threatened  him  with dire consequence. ASI  Ashok Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No.340/14 dated 01/11/14 U/S 451, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shukru Ram S/O Sh. Dharmu Ram R/O Kathyal PO Kummi Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 31/10/14   he was present in his home , in the mean time  Sunny  Ram  S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram  came alongwith   Radha Devi , entered in  the courtyard of his home and  abused him. ASI Sukesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF ASSAULT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

5           Case FIR No. 341/14 dated 01/11/14 U/S 355, 341, 323, 509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Smt.  Rewati Devi  W/O Late. Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Dusra Khabu PO  Sardhwar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that    she  is  Pradhan Gram Panchyat   Dusra Khabu  . On  01/11/14   she was present at   Dusra Khabu on work site of MNREGA, in the  mean time  Gurdev Singh  S/O Sh.  Het Ram  resident of same locality  came there and  started to abuse her and beat her up.

6         Case FIR No. 342/14  dated 01/11/14 U/S 451, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Naresh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Chandermani R/O Tanda P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 01/11/14  he was present in  his  shop, in the mean time  Tula Ram,  Harish Kumar and  Dishu  entered in  his  shop  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal  Kant No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 343/14  dated 01/11/14 U/S 279,337 , 427 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Anant Ram S/O Sh. Durga  Dass  R/O  Chakkar PO  Gutkar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on01/11/14 at about 7:15 PM  he was present  in his home, in the mean time  a Truck (HP65-3229)  came rashly from  Nerchowk  side and  collided  with his home  and two  occupants who were boarded on  said Truck  sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

8          Case FIR No. 345/14 dated 02/11/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Rewati Raman R/O  Tanda P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 02/11/14  he was going to his home, in the mean time  Kaku obstructed his way and beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Kant No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

9          Case FIR No. 269/14   dated 02/11/14 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar   on the complaint of  Sh. Ravi Kumar  S/O Sh. Narayan Singh  R/O  Jukhol P.O. Kango Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on today  8AM   Rattan Lal came alongwith his son  and entered in the courtyard of his home and beat him up .  ASI Rajinder Kumar I/C of PP Dehar   is investigating the case.

CASE OF  HURT

10        Case FIR No. 385/14 dated 01/11/14  U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Sunil Kumar S/O Sh.  Prem Singh   R/O  Samud  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  31/10/14  at about 8:30 PM  he alongwith  his friend  were  going to home and when they reached near  Marhi. In the mean  time  four unknown persons came there and  obstructed  their way and  beat  him  up.  ASI Sandeep Kumar  I.O. of  PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

11        134 Challan were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.19000/-  was recovered  and 14  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered  and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act  and  fine of Rs. 9200/-  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
