CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 278/14 dated 24/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi oby HC Vijay Kumar No. 405 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Mangwain and during the course of patrolling he recovered 500 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Nidhi Singh S/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Halag PO Bandhi Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Vijay Kumar No. 405 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF HURT

2. Case FIR No. 276/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Neelabati W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Tarambi PO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/11/14 her husband Raj Kumar beat her up and she sustained injuries.

    

   CASE OF NDPS ACT

3. Case FIR NO. 197/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 15 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 23/11/14 he laid a nakka at Chhanag Nullh on NH 154 and during the course of nakka he recovered an unidentified carry bag from the rack of a seat of a private bus having  1 KG bhukki in said carry bag. SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT & UNDER ARMS ACT

4. Case FIR No. 406/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 336,337,34 IPC and U/S 25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vipan Kumar S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Vill. Janjehali PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/11/14 some unknown fired a gun shot in Druman Banyorka Jungle and  Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Pravinder Singh R/O Tela PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

5. Case FIR No. 371/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 447, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Bhour Tehsil Sundenagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Thakar Singh, Gur Singh, Mahander Singh, Satish Kumar, Man Singh and Khem Singh resident of village Maglah PO Mandal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi possessed is land illegally. ASI Jagdish Chand is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 372/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lohara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Tek Chand S/O Sh. Laxman Dass R/O VPO Lohar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

7. Case FIR No. 153/14 dated 23/11/14 U/S 363,366A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  a lady resident of Karsog that her minor girl was kidnapped by some unknown persons with the intention marry with her. ASI Amar Nath Incharge P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8. Case FIR No. 92/14 dated 23/11/14 U/D 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shanti Swaroop I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 23/11/14 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Palauhata and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sauju Ram. ASI Shanti Swaroop I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

9. 132 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.20,000/-  was recovered  and 9  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 900/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
