CRIME REPORT ON 18 NOV.

                                                     
CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 162/14 dated 17/11/14 U/S 20, 25, 29 of  NDPS Act has  been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  ASI  Ram Krishan  I.O. of P.S Gohar that  on 17/11/14 he was on  patrolling  alongwith other police officials at   Noun  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  160 grams  Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of  Surender Singh S/O Sh. Harpal Singh  R/O Siyaral PO Ponta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  &  Karan  Singh  Thakur S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O  Bhatgra PO  Pipaage  Tehsil Kullu Distt. Kullu (HP). ASI  Ram  Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

2         Case FIR No. 161/14 dated 17/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh  S/O Sh. Man Dass R/O  Khunagi P.O. Bagsaid Tehsil Thunag Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on  17/11/4  when he was putting his luggage  on the  roof of Bus(HP65-1728) at Bagsaid  , in the mean time    driver of said  Bus started the Bus and he fell down  on the  road  and  he sustained injuries.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar I.O.  of  P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

 CASE  OF OFFENCE  AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 191/14  dated  17/11/14 U/S 353, 504, 506, 34  IPC &  IT   Act  has been  registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tej Singh  S/O Sh. Bhejhi Ram  R/O  Panchjan PO Dul Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)   at   present  regular  employee of  Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.  At  Telephone Exchange  Karsal  Sub Division Lad- Bharol  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   he was   going to  Village Matha- Garh  for  duty , in  the mean time  Balwant Singh  S/O  Sh. Anup Singh  R/O Matha Garh P.O. Golwan  Tehsil Lad- Bharol  &  Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Anup Singh resident of  same locality  obstructed  his way  and   abusing him telephonically  and also  threatened with dire consequence.  ASI  Vinod  Singh  I/C of  PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF   NDPS ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 363/14 dated 17/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Nand Lal  No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh that  he laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials at  Nagchalla and during the  course of nakkabandi he recovered  150  Gram  Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of  Ashish Kumar S/O Sh. Dinay Ram  R/O  Sari Bahad PO Khokhan Tehsil Bhunter  Distt.  Kullu. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC  Nand Lal   No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh .

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 364/14 dated 17/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Sh. Sunder Singh  S/O Sh. Indu Ram R/O Chatror PO Sakroha Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  17/11/14  he alongwith  Devki Nandan were   going  to home by Scooter (HP32A-0266)  and when   they reached near  Chadyal, in the mean time  a vehicle(HP67-1017)  came rashly from Gaggal side  and hit their  said  Scooter  and they both  sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

6          Case FIR No. 91/14 dated 17/11/14  U/S 279, 337, 304(A)  IPC has been  registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar  on  the complaint of  Sh.  Karan Sharma S/O  Sh.  Pawan Sharma R/O Bnayak  PO Bhojpur  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  17/11/14  when he was present at Naulakha,  in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP28-9271)which was ridden by  Nitesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Ravinder Kumar  R/O  Khudla Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  came rashly  and hit  a pedestrian, who was  died at  PHC  Danotu .  HC Ram  Lal No. 543 I.O. of  PS BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7          179  Challan were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.18,500/-  was recovered  and 8  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered  and  1 challan  was  issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 7200/- was  recovered during  last 24 hours.
