CASE OF EXCISE ACT

           

1          Case FIR No. 164/14 dated 20/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Gohar  by  ASI  Jeet Singh I/C of PP   Janjehli  that on 19/11/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Jarol and during the course of patrolling he recovered  4000 ML  Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Jiwa Nand R/O Madhar PO  Jarol  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 165/14  dated 20/11/14 U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  ASI Jeet  Singh  I/C of  PP Janjehli  that on 19/11/14 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Pandav Shilla and during the course of patrolling he recovered  11 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Dalip  S/O Sh.  Dharam Chand R/O Ruhara PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

 CASE   OF PREVENTION OF (ATROCITIES ACT)

 

3          Case FIR No.365/14 dated 19/11/14 U/S 186, 189,504,506 IPC & U/S    3 of  SC/ST Act  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  HHC  Dhandev No. 691  that on  18/11/14  he was on telephone  duty at Police Post Rewalsar and during   his  duty he received a  call   on the officials   telephone  from Mobile No.98058-50124  on the castism  basis   to  him.  Insp. Chet Singh   SHO of  P.S. Balh  is investigating the case. 

 

CASE   OF OFFENCE   AGAINST   PUBLIC SERVANT   AND ROAD  ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No. 400/14 dated 19/11/14 U/S  353, 504, 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on  the complaint of Sh. Rajeev  Kumar  S/O  Sh.  Rattan Chand  R/O  Kharsal  PO  Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  at  present  driver  HRTC  Sarkaghat   Depot  that on  19/11/14   when he was on the route Sayoh to  Chandigarh   along  with Bus . When   he reached  Sidhpur, in the mean time  Jeep ( HP66-0796)  came rashly and hit   his bus  and  also  tore  his uniform.  SI  Madan Lal  I/C of PP  Dharampur   is investigating the case. 

 

CASE  OF  PREVENTION OF( ATROCITIES ACT) AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS

 

5          Case FIR No.  271/14 dated 19/11/14 U/S  447, 323, 504, 506 IPC &  U/S  3 of SC/ST  Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of   Smt. Kunta Devi  W/O Sh. Ramesh  R/O  House No.  365/12 Ram Nagar Mandi  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  13/11/14  Kehar Singh  Patwari  Patwar  Circle Nela  came alongwith  Dheeraj Kapoor R/O  Darmyana Mohalla Mandi   entered  in her possessive  land  and  started to  unauthorized   demarcation and  also  abused her   on castism  basis .  Insp  Sanjeev Kumar  SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 

 

  CASE  OF EXCISE ACT

 

6         Case    FIR  No. 272/14  dated 19/11/14 U/S  39 HP  Excise  Act   has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  SI  Kulwant Singh  ( Prob)  that on   19/11/14 he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Gharwahan  and  during the  course of  patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of  English Wine  from  the possession of  Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Kishan Chand  R/O Gharwahan PO Kotli Tehsil  Kotli  Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI  Kulwant Singh (Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

7          147 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.23000/-  was recovered  and 9  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
