CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No.  132/14  dated 19/11/14  U/S 20  of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI  Subhash  Chand  I/C of  PP Bali Chowki  that  today  he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at  Shilli Larji and during the course of checking of Private Bus ( HP33C-0775) he recovered  410   Gram Charas( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Tara Chand  S/O Sh. Ramesh  Kumar  R/o  Bhua P.O. Tandi Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu (HP). ASI  Subhash Chand I/C of PP BaliChowki   is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 396/14  dated 18/11/14 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  ASI  Rakesh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  that he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at   old Bus Stand  Sarkaghat and  during the course of patrolling he  recovered  70   Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Sandeep Kumar S/O  Sh. Balwant Singh  R/O Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . Who was coming by the Motor Cycle (HP28A-2139).  ASI  Rakesh  Kumar  I.O.  of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 397/14 dated 18/11/14 u/S 451, 341,323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Kanwar Singh Guleria S/O  Late Sh. Hari Singh  R/O Behar Ward No. 7  House No.  12  PO Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/14  he was present  at home, in the mean time  Jalam Khan came alongwith his  wife  &  mother , entered in the courtyard of him home  and  beat  him up and abusing him  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Suresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 398/14 dated 19/11/14 U/S  341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh.  Parveen Kumar  S/O  Late. Sh. Amar Singh R/O  Chanohali PO Kahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/14 Sunder Singh & Chaman  Singh  obstructed  his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries .  ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 399/14 dated 19/11/14 U/S 451, 323, 504 ,34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Satish   Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Juli PO Karara Tehsil Toun i Devi Distt. Hamirpur(HP) that  he is working as a salesman    on the Wine Shop at Dali. On  18/11/14  Kaku &  Likhu entered in  his  shop  and  beat him  up and he sustained injuries.  HC Dalip  Singh  No. 911  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF KIDNAPPING

6          Case FIR No.192/14 dated 18/11/14 U/S  363, 366(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the  complaint of  Sh. Khima Ram S/O Sh. Jinu Ram  R/O  Tikari  Mushehra PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his  Grand- Daughter  is missing since  from  12/11/14 and he suspect that  Joginder Pal  S/O Sh. Julphi Ram  R/O  Niyadi PO  Bhatwa  Tehsil Tharkalan Distt. Gurdass Pur (PB) kidnapped his grand- daughter .  ASI  Thakru  Ram I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD   ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  NEGLIGENT ACT

7          Case FIR No. 163/14 dated  18/11/14 U/S  279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Smt.  Radha Devi  W/O Sh. Gulab  Singh  R/O  Chattri  Khad  PO   Chattri   Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi that on  18/11/14   when she was present  in her home, in the mean time she heard loud noise  and  rushed to the spot and  found that a  Jeep(HP65A-0317)  fell  down about  400  feet  downwards from the road  due to rash and negligent driving by the  driver  namely  Papu  Ram  S/O Sh. Tej Singh and anther occupant namely  Bhagnu S/O Sh. Bhup Singh  R/O  Samesh PO Brikhmani  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) was also travelling by said vehicle and they both  died  in this mishap.  ASI  Jeet  Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

8         Case FIR No. 270/14   dated 19/11/14  U/S  420  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of   Sh. Shiv Kumar Kashyap S/O Late. Sh. M.D. Kashyap  that he is working as  a accountant  with  M/S  Dinesh Kumar Sharma Const. (P)  Limited  and permanent resident of  House No.  77 Ward  No.  9  Bhagwan Mohalla Mandi  that on  17/10/13  H. K.  Sharma General Manager Coastal Project Limited  &  Rohit  Kumar Acconts &  Administrative Department  Coastal  Project Limited  came  to his  office and  borrowed    an  Amount   of Rs .  15 Lacs and   complainant  gave  them  Rs  12.20  Lacs. On the same  day   said  person  gave him  two  cheque  of  Rs.  6 Lacs  & 6.20  Lacs. But  both the  cheques  were  dishonored  by the   drawee  Bank  with  the reason  exceeding arrangement. After the complainant  contacted  to   above said persons  but  they  made  lame  excuses.  Now he fully believed that  above said persons  will not  returned   his  money  taken  by them  fraudulently .  SI Sandeep  Sharma I/C of PP City is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

9          180 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.27,800/-  was recovered  and 15  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered  and  1 challan was issued under Mining Act  and  fine of Rs.  7000/-  was recovered during  last 24 hours.
