CRIME REPORT ON 6 NOV.

                                                               

CASE OF MURDER

1              Case FIR No. 95/14 dated 05/11/14 U/S 302, 326(B) IPC & U/S 27 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Sh. Aadesh Kumar R/O  Bharyan(Dharmehar) P.O. Jhatingari Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/14   she  &  her husband  have  gone to  sleep  in their room after  dinner.  At about 10PM   her   father-in-law  came  to home under the influence of alcohol and  started to beat her mother-in-law  , when her husband   tried to escape  her mother-in-law, in the mean time  her  father-in-law  fired to his   son  Aadesh  by their  Gun and  Aadesh  fell down on the ground .  she  & her mother-in-law carry away  Aadesh  to  Govt. Hospital Jogindernagar    for treatment  with  the help of villagers and   further  he referred to  Medical  College  Tanda where  he expired .  Sh. Rajesh Kumar Dy.SP(HQ)  is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2              Case FIR No. 252/14 dated 06/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   by  HC Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh  that  today   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Saula and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 640  Gram  Charas( Cannabis)  from the  possession of  Anil Giri S/O  Sh. Gulab Rao House No. 213  Muhalla Jebad Nagar   Distt  Amrabati(MH) . HC  Jagdish Chand  No.36 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3            Case FIR No. 272/14  dated 05/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Goverdhan Singh  S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O  Halel  P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 05/11/14  he was going to home , in mean time  Ajay Kumar  R/O  Tarot obstructed his way and beat him up .  HC  Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE   OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4              Case FIR No.159/14 dated 05/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kaliya S/O Sh. Tika Ram  R/O   Kayalu PO  Badhog  Tehsil  Theog Distt. Shimla(HP)  that  on 05/11/14  he alongwith  Praveen Kumar, Hem Raj  were going  to Kot Nala by  Jeep(HP63A-2083) which was  driven by the  Tika Ram and when they reached near  Katlog, in  the mean time  said  driver lost the control on the vehicle due to rash driving and   Jeep  fell  down  200 Mtr. downward  from the  road  and in this accident  all the occupants who were boarded  said  Jeep  sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

5              Case FIR No. 352/14 dated 06/11/14 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Tulsi Devi  W/O Sh. Sita Ram  R/O  Karsarla PO  Ratti  Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that today  she was working in the courtyard of her home, in the  mean  time  Birbal, Budhi  Singh , Meera  Devi  entered in  courtyard of her home and beat her  up .  ASI Sukesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6             Case FIR No. 353/14  dated 06/11/14 u/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Birbal  S/O Sh. Naul Ram R/O  Karsarla PO  Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today  he was  present in his home, in the mean time  Sonu  and  his mother entered in his home and   started to abuse him and beat him up.  HC  Naresh Kumar No. 862  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7              176 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.26,600/-  was recovered  and 11  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1200/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
