CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , RIOTING   AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 297/14 dated 27/11/14 U/S 147, 149, 452, 342, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Lekh  Ram  S/O Sh. Sheru Ram  R/O  Pandrah PO  Nalag  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  27/11/14  Balraj, Hem Raj,  Ranjeet Singh , Sonu, Deepu  &  Rakesh  entered in the courtyard of  his home  and locked him  in   his room and beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC Leeladhar No. 913  I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT   AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 298/14  dated 27/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Ajay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh  R/O  Kalahoud Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on  27/11/14  Rahul  came  along with  Chuni Lal and obstructed  his way and beat him up . ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 200/14 dated 28/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been  registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Babli Devi  S/O Sh. Rup Lal R/O  Nagan Jaral PO  Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  she was  going to her  possessive  land , in the mean time  Tulsi  Ram  resident of same  locality  came there and obstructed   her way and beat  her  up.  ASI    Subhash Singh  I/C of PP  Bassi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   NEGLIGENT   ACT

4         Case FIR No. 133/14 dated 27/11/14 U/S 336, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Yog Raj S/O Sh. Ganga Ram  R/O Jaloid PO  Balichowki  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   he is working as  Electrician under  Contractor  Dharam  Singh .  On  27/11/14  when he was  replacing the electric wires at  Doghri , in the mean time  T- mate  Dhabe Ram  release the  Electric  Supply  and  he   got the  high  electric  shock and fell down   on  the earth   from  the pillar  and he sustained injuries. This  mishap  happened  due to  the  negligence  of  T-mate Dhabe Ram.  HC  Rajinder Kumar  No. 51 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.  

CHALLAN

5          128 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.27,800/-  was recovered  and 6  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 600/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
