1 Case FIR No. 391/14 dated 09/11/14 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Singh Dhalariya S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Upper Dhalara PO Dhalara Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that his son namely Shivam is missing since 03/11/14 and he suspect that someone kidnapped his son . ASI Bidhi Chand I/C of PP Sandhole is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT , MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 89/14 dated 10/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 427, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jamana Dass S/O Sh. Jindu Ram R/O Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/11/14 Sh. Diwan Chand, Bhup Singh & Kahan Singh all resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 155 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.25,800/- was recovered and 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 19,600 was recovered during last 24 hours.
