CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 131/14  dated 16/11/14 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by  ASI Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Aut  that on a telephonic information he went on the  spot  Nagwain and  found that  a Truck (HP65-3636)  and  a Car (HP34A-8337)  collided  to each   other  due to rash and negligent driving of the both  drivers  of above said   vehicles and  three persons  who  were  boarded on   said   car sustained injuries.  ASI Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

2          Case     FIR No.  359/14 dated 15/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal  S/O Sh. Khem  Chand  R/O  Chhtru PO Kummi  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  15/11/14  he   along with   Sunil  Kumar were  going  to home  and  when they reached  Kummi , in the mean  time  Jimmu  &  Chhotu  both the resident of  the same locality came  there  and  obstructed  their way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 360/14   dated 15/11/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  HC  Malkiyat Singh  No. 57 I.O. of PP Rewalsar that on 15/11/14   when  he was present near   Trayambla and he found that   Vehicle No.(HP31A-6463)  was met  to an accident and  4/5  persons  who were boarded on said vehicle  sustained injuries   and  they  had   already been  referred  to     Govt. Hospital  Sundernagar . HC Malkiyat Singh   No. 57  I.O. of P.P.  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL   TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTION

4          Case FIR No. 361/14 dated 16/11/14 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of  Miss Leela Devi  D/O  Late. Sh. Naginder  R/O  Suka Reur PO  Reur Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/11/14 Naresh  Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand  resident of same  locality  entered   in the courtyard  of his  home  and beat him up.  HC  Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

5         Case FIR No. 268/14  dated 16/11/14  U/S 20 of NDPS  Act  has  been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC  Yas Pal  No. 14  I.O. of PP  Pandoh  that  he   was on  patrolling  alongwith  other police officials  at  Kanchi Mode Pandoh  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  240  gram  Cannabis (Charas)  from the possession of  Pankaj Thakur  S/O  Sh. Shiv  Ram  R/O  Vasisth Tehsil Manali  Distt. Kullu (HP).  HC  Yas Pal No. 14 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.  

CHALLAN

6          184 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.27,800/-  was recovered  and 12  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered  and 14 challans were issued under Mining Act  and  fine of Rs. 30,300 /-  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
