CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDAION

1. Case FIR No. 387/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jodha Ram S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Kanyana PO Bhaderwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/2014 Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Gopi Ram R/O Kanyana obstructed his way and beat him up. SI (Prob.) Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 158/14 dated 04/11/2014 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Todar Ram R/O Vill. Dugha PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/11/14 Chittar Singh S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Vill. Dugha obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 94/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Barij Lal R/O Vill. Khaldhar PO Saroghi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/14 he alongwith S/Sh. Tek Chand Nanak, Nagender and Smt. Meena Devi went to brought the grass by a tractor and while they were on their return journey reached at Nagrota driver Surahi lost control over said tractor and it rolled down about 100 mtrs. downward and S/Sh. Tek Chand, Nanak, Nageder, Surahi (driver of tractor) and Smt. Meena Devi died on the spot and Sh. Dinesh Kumar admitted to CHC Padhar. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 270/14 dated 04/11/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Late Sh. Sant RamR/O Vill. Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today Birbal S/O Sh. Saju Ram and Saju Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 139/14 dated 04/11/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Panjku Devi W/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Vill. Sanarli PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/2014 Mansa Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 128/14 dated 04/11/2014 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek Sankhyan S/O Sh. Krishan Singh R/O H. No. 7012  Raura Sector 3 Bilaspur Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 03/11/14 he was on his way along with his three associates by a car (HP07D-6600) from Bilaspur towards Manali and when they reached near Aut, in the mean time a tipper came from Aut side very rashly and negligently and hit his car and driver of his car is sustained injuries. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 250/14 dated 03/11/2014 U/S  341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Panna Lal R/O VIll. Jaloun PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/14 Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Jaharu Ram R/O Vill. Jaloun PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8. Case FIR No. 348/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kant Chandel R/O Vill. Dhantu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/14 a pickup  came very rashly and hit a M/Cycle (HP33C-0668) and sped away from the spot. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

9. Case FIR No. 251/14 date dated 04/11/2014 U/S 420,406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Arun Sharma S/O Sh. Bhup Chand Sharma R/O H. No. 3/4 Hospital Road Mandi that he applied for load amounting to Rs. 1.40 lac from HGB Branch Mandi during the month of May, 2014 for purchasing a car (Nano LX) through Narender Guleria, MD M/S High Tech Satluj Motors Lunapani,  Balbir Verma, Loan Manager HGB Mandi  and Santosh Kumar Manager HGB Mandi and manager of the said bank also opened an  account in HGB Bank Mandi and during the course of opening of the bank account they have got blank cheques from the complainant without appending his signature and they had issued the amount in the name of Narender Guleria but till date neither car nor any document are given to him till date. CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10. Case FIR No. 87/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 451,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt Soma Devi W/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Samkal PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/14 Jagdish Chand R/O Samkal entered in her courtyard and threatened to her and her family with dire consequences. HC Ravinder Kumar No. 863 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHA    CHALLAN  

   11. 125 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
