CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 281/14 dated 29/11/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 29/11/14 he laid a nakka along other police officials at Paddal Gurudawara and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 228 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Kamal Parik S/O Sh. Gulaba Ram Parik R/O Plot No. 191-192 Jhotwara Niwaru Road Ashok Nagar Jaipur( RJ). HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBANDS RELATIVES
2 Case FIR No. 374/14 dated 29/11/14 U/S 498 (A), 494, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Santosh Kumari W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Krishan Chand during the year 2013. But after some time of marriage her husband , mother-in-law, started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry and her husband also got married again with another lady . ASI Satpal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 375/14 dated 29/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Chranji Lal that on 29/11/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Ghour and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 Bottles Country Liquor & 3 Bottles of Beer from the possession of Gain Chand S/O Mohan Lal R/O Ghour PO Reur Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Chranji Lal I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 99 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.19,400 /- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
