CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 249/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Thakur Dass S/O  Sh. Jaharu Ram R/O   Jalon P.O.  Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on   02/11/14 Budhi Singh came alongwith Rama Devi obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Hem Raj I/O of   P.S. CASE   OF KIDNAPPING

2. Case FIR No. 137/14   dated 02/11/14 U/S 363, 366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of   a person resident of Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his daughter is missing  since 30/10/14  and he suspect that  someone kidnapped  his daughter  with the intention to marry  with her.  ASI Sohan Lal  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog    is investigating  the case.

  CASE OF NDPS ACT

3. Case  FIR No.  138/14  dated 03/11/14 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  ASI Jhabe  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 03/11/14  he laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials  at  Khandaar Gali and  during the course of  nakkabandi  he recovered 445 gram  Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of  Bitu  S/O Sh.  Mast  Ram  R/O  Johal P.O. Somma Kothi  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF CRULETY  BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVE

4. Case FIR No.  86/14  dated  03/11/14 u/S 498 (A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Smt.  Lata Devi  W/O Sh.  Lalit Kumar  S/O Sh.  Podhu  Ram   R/O Edali  P.O. Jai Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  she was married with  Lalit  Kumar but  after some time of  marriage, her husband   started to harass  her physically and mentally and  beat  her up.  ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No.  346/14  dated 03/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Smt. Shyama  Devi  W/O Sh.   Govind  Ram R/O  Pali  P.O.  Chunahan Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  03/11/14  Tek Chand, Churu Ram &  Savitri  Devi  obstructed her way and beat her up.  HC  Kamal  Kant  No.  860 I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 347/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Tek Chand  S/O Sh.  Churu Ram  R/O  Chunahan Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  03/11/14   Bhavnesh  Kumar,  Shyama Devi , Indira Devi  &  Dola Ram resident of same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

7. Case FIR NO. 157/14 dated 02/11/14 U/S 448/323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Prem Lata W/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Badan PO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/14 Chaman al S/O Sh. Lal Man R/O Vill. Badan PO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi broke the under construction wall of her kitchen and she also sustained injuries in this incident. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8. Case FIR No. 386/14 dated 03/11/14 U/S 279,337,504,506,34 IPC & U/S 184,187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Julfi Ram VPO Khudla Tehsil Baldwarar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/14 driver of vehicle No. (HP28-1121) came from Batail side very rashly and hit to her husband and mother-in-law and they sustained injuries and sped away from the spot. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CHAL CHALLAN

9. 115 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 760/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
