CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

1. Case FIR No. 135/14 dated 31/10/14 U/S 353,332,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Jehad PO Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present conductor HRTC Sub Depot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) with bus (HP03B-6096) and when said bus reachedat Churag, Inder Singh R/O Jehad obstructed him from discharging his lawful duties and beat him up. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

2. Case FIR No. 126/14 dated 31/10/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Noop Chand S/O Late Sh. Ram Saram R/O Vill. Barshar PO Panjain Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/07/14 he withdrew a sum of Rs. 5000/- from ATM of PNB Bank at Aut bazaar and on 05/07/14 some unknown person withdrew sum of Rs. 45,000/- and also transfer sum of Rs. 43,000/- from  his account to some other account. He suspect that on 04/07/14 someone exchanged his ATM. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 127/14 dated 31/10/14 U/S 39 of H. P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Aut and during the course of patrolling he recovered half bottle of English wine from the shop of Raju. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 382/14 dated 31/10/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Mandu Ram R/O Kotlu PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/10/14 his wife along with Karan S/O Sh. Roop Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 383/14 dated 31/10/14 U/S 39 of H. P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by ASI Sandeep Kumar   I.O. of P.S. P.P. Dharampur that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sidhpur and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 boxes of English Wine and 10 boxes of country liquor and one box of beer from an alto car (HP28-9798) which was boarded by Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Keshav Singh R/O Dhawali PO Sidhpur and Nek Ram S/O Sh. Khadak Singh R/O Molichowk PO Salyana Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 384/14 dated 01/11/14 U/S 341,324,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Sabhu Ram R/O  Vill. Lacharajol    PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he along with his friend were going to Sandhole and when they reached at Marhi, in the mean time four unknown persons obstructed their way and beat them up. ASI Bidhi Singh I/C P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING/ABDUCTION

7. Case FIR No. 338/14 dated 31/10/14 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint a person resident areas of  Kathyaun  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that he suspects that his daughter was kidnapped by Yogesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Ram R/O Vill. Bara PO Ruhamni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) ASI Chiranji Lal I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

8. 172 Challan were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.34,700/-  was recovered  and 9  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
