CRIME REPORT ON 27 NOV.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No. 280/14 dated 26/11/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the  complaint of  Sh. Pokh  Raj  Rana S/O Sh. Keshav  Ram  Rana R/O  Nachani P.O. Somnachni Sub Tehsil Balichowki  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 26/11/14 at about   9:10 PM   he was  going  towards  Patrol Pump  Sauli Khad, in the mean time a  Car (HP01M-1620)  came rashly from  Pandoh  side  and collided with  the  wall of industrial  Area   and   Two persons   boarded  said   car out of  them   one  person sustained injuries.  HC Karan   Singh  No. 24 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING

 

2          Case FIR   No.296/14 dated 26/11/14 U/S 420 IPC  has been registered inn P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Smt. Meena Sharma W/O Sh. Yadvinder  Sharma  R/O House No.  117/6  Vill. Bali Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 25/11/14    two  unknown person   replaced her  ATM Card   by  cheating at  Charokhadi    ATM ( SBI)   and    They  have also  withdrawal  Amount   Rs  30,000/   from  her  Account .   HC   Chaman  Lal  No. 12  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the cas

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , RIOTING  AND HURT

3          Case  FIR No. 411/14  dated 26/11/14 U/S 452,323, 147, 149 IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Jaya Kumari W/O  Sh. Naresh Kumar  R/O  Lasrana PO Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 26/11/14  Rishi,  Sukhu,  Sonu  came  along with  Subhakaran, entered in   the  courtyard of his  home and  beat her up and  he sustained inmuries.  ASI  Bidhi Chand  I/C of PP Sandhole is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 412/14  dated 26/11/14 U/S  452, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat   on  the complaint  of  Smt. Rajeshwari W/O Sh. Subhkaran R/O  Lasrana PO & Tehsil Sandhole  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 26/11/14  Rohit, Boby, Naresh  Kumar &  Jaya Kumari   entered in  the courtyard  of her home and  beat her up and  she sustained injuries.  ASI  Bidhi  Chand  I/C of PP   Sandhole  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 413/14  dated 26/11/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of   Smt.  Chander Lekha W/O  Sh.  Jai  Kumar R/O  Ghori PO Samela Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 26/11/4 Jai Kumar obstructed  her way and beat her up  and  she sustained injuries.  ASI  Thakur Dass  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

6          121 Challan were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.21,500/-  was recovered   and  2 challans  were   issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 11700/- was  recovered during  last 24 hours.
