CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVE
1 Case FIR No. 389/14 dated 07/11/14 U/S 498 (A), 306 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Rohit Ram R/O Garyoh PO Kangu Ka Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter Sita Devi was married with Rakesh Kumar R/O Lagyar PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . But after some time of her marriage her husband Rakesh Kumar , Father-in-law , Mother-in-law started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry. On 06/11/14 she committed the suicide due to regular harassment of her said family members. SI Satish Kumar SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 253/14 dated 06/11/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been rgistered in P.S. Sarkaghat by Insp. Ramphal Yadav I/C of SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Baggi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Beer & 4 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Roop Singh S/O Sh. Ranjha Ram R/O Baggi PO Sehali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) . Insp. Ramphal Yadav I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 143/14 dated 06/11/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O Khenedi Shaow P.O. Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/14 at about 7:30 AM Neno car came rashly and met with an accident at CharKufri and four persons who were boarded on said car sustained injuries. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 273/14 dated 06/11/14 U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Tulsi Ram S/O Sh. Narayan Ram R/O Manjkhetar P.O. Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/11/14 Roop Lal obstructed his way and abused him . ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 139 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.24,900/- was recovered and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
