Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Vill. Surhan PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that some of his relatives with association of some other persons captured wrongfully his land at village Surhan and also with conspiracy killed his son Hem Raj few years back. Accused also abducted his wife Kali Devi and they had also killed his wife Kali Devi. SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

            Case FIR No.  70/12 dated 31/8/2012 U/S 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tajinder Saini S/O Sh. Mohan Lal Saini R/O Siyanh PO Lohara Tehsil Sader Distt Mandi (HP)  that  today he was going towards  Sundernagar by his Jeep (HP 69-1139) along with  his brother Hitesh Saini and when they reached at Dhanotu,  a truck  (HP 31C-0409) obstructed his way and 5/6 persons came out and beat him up along with his brother. CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBANBD AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

            Case FIR No. 225/12 dated 30/08/12 U/S 498A IPC Has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Salma Bibi W/O Sh. Rajiv Khan R/O Bhadyar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married on 17/04/2012 with Rajiv Khan and soon after her marriage her husband Rajiv Khan, mother-in-law Praveen Bibbi and father-in-law Kashmir Khan started to torture  her for dowry. Ranchu Ram R/O Kolani PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that today at about 7 AM Beasa Devi and Shakuntla Devi resident of the same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

            Case FIR No. 230/12 dated 30/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Jagar PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 30/08/12 she was going along with her husband by a car (HP31-4446) from Sundernagar and when they reached near Pandoh a car (HP53-6857) came from Pandoh side very rashly and hit her car and they sustained injuries. Majhyath PO Balhra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi that during the intervening night of 28-29/08/2012 some unknown culprits broke the inauguration plate of GPS Dhanalag. 2. Case FIR No. 229/12 dated 30/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Rajni Negi W/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Khawangi PO Recong Peo Distt. Kinnaur (HP) that today at about 12.10 PM she was coming back from DAV school Mandi  along with her daughter Apoorva Negi and when they reached at Khaliar,  an Innova vehicle (DL-1YB-1860) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit her daughter Apoorva who sustained injuries. 3. Case FIR No. 228/12 dated 29/08/12 U/S 325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Sunil Kumar R/O Chadyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. 4. Case FIR No. 232/12 dated 29/08/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Barsu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Bhikham Ram S/O Sh. Ramu R/O VPO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh.

Mandi that he was going to his home by his car (HP33B-4974) and when he reached at Sokkabag, in the mean tome a M/Cycle (HP34B-2591) came from Chuauntra side very rashly and struck with his car due to which both occupants of above M/Cycle sustained injuries. Mandi (HP) that Kaiser Jahan @ Munni Bazi send his son cheated his son Mohammad Tahir by saying that he will appoint him as driver with a company but his son was working as servant there and his passport and other documents were also kept by them and his son is facing hardship there. Gohar that on 27/08/12 a Maruti car (HP30-1174) fell down from the road at Dashal nullha near Jachh in which one person died on the spot whereas other four occupants sustained in juries. 3. Case FIR No. 138/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Karsog bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Bhupender Pal has kept sand and Saria on the road blocked the road about 5 feet which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. 1.     Case FIR No. 149/12 dated 24/08/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roshal Lal S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/O Banoun PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 24/08/12 at about 4 PM he was present in front of his shop at Pungh, in the mean time Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Kapahi came there, obstructed his way and beat him up. 4.     Case FIR No. 221/12 dated 24/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Madan Kumar S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Doon PO Kotlu Brahamna Tehsil Ghuarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 24/08/12 he was travelling by a private bus (HP28-6448) and when said bus reached at Barin, in the mean time a HRTC bus (HP07-5390) came from Jahu side and hit above mentioned bus due to which 5 passengers sustained injuries. CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND MISCHIEF

1.     Case FIR No. 148/12 dated 23/08/12 U/S 447,379,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Lajya Devi W/O Late Sh. Krishan Lal R/O near Mahamaya Temple Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present H. NO. 186/8 Darmyana Mohalla Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) Yuvraj Lalit Sen had donated a piece of land near Mahamaya Temple in Muhal Haripur to Late Sh. Krishan Lal (husband of the complainant) during the year 1983 being an outstanding Hockey and football player and thereafter he constructed a residential house there. She has kept so much valuable household items inside her house. On 18/08/12 son of the complainant went to deposit the electric bill at Sundernagar and after depositing bill, her son  went to look-after his house but on reaching the spot he found that their house was completely demolished. On enquiry, priest of the temple and neighbourers  told to her son that their house was demolished by Rajiv Katoch, Computer Operator (Accounts Branch) in Maharaja Laxman Sen Memorial College Sundernagar and he has knowingly and willfully entered in the land demolished the house of the complainant and removed the valuable household articles and caused damage and loss to the complainant. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

2.     Case FIR No. 68/12 dated 23/08/12 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Devki Nandan R/O Khandla PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi posted as conductor in HRTC depot Sundernagar. On 23/08/12 he was on duty with HRTC bus (HP65-7584) which was bounded from Sundernagar to Doldhar and when said bus reached at Doldhar, Rinku S/O Sh. CASE OF POISONING

3.     Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Vill. Neri PO Megal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi had consumed some poisonous substance and  she died on 22/08/12 at Z.H. Mandi. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO LAND SLIDING

7.     A person namely Harjinder Singh S/O Sh. Gurmeet R/O Vill. Dolawara PO Kot Tehsil Dharmkot Distt. Moga aged 15 years old expired on 21/08/12 at Khotinala due to land slide. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.P. Pandoh.
