CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 43/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram that he laid nakka along with other police officials at Bakhrot and during the course of Bakhrot he recovered 251 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Ravinder Kumar and Karun Kumar resident of Sunni Distt. Shimla (HP). ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 32/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S   of NDPS Act by HC Chaman Lal No. 38 that he was on patrolling along with other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he he recovered 9.10 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rajneesh Thakur S/O Sh. Prem Chand, Sumit Thakur S/O Sh. Hem Raj and Rajneesh Thakur S/O Sh. Raj Pal. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.S. Joginderangar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 33/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sukesh Kumar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ghanshayam S/O Sh. Bhonthu Ram R/O Ropa Padhar. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 31/15 dated 04/02/2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Bahi PO Makriri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/03/2015 Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O VPO Makriri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) was going along with his vehicle (HP29A-3756) and when said vehicle reached at Chhotta Galu near Makriri and met with an accident in which Sh. Mansa Ram uncle of Surinder Kumar succumbed to his injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 79/15 dated 04/03/2015 U/S 336,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Deep Kumar S/O Sh. Ramji Dass R/O Vill. Dali PO Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/15 Narinder Kumar S/O Sh. Tarsem Lal pelted stones upon him and his wife Smt. Nirmla Devi and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6. 415 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.79,300/-  and 27 challans   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 3000/-.
