1 Case FIR No. 39/15 dated 15/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Vinod Singh I/C of PP Lad- Bharol that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Chaloti and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Tokha Ram R/O Chaloti PO Panjalag Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Vinod Singh I/C of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No.35/15 dated 15/03/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Khira Mani S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Rajput R/O Balhari PO Segli Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/03/15 he was going to Gani by Car(HP01M-1387) and when he reached near Kamlahiya Hotel, in the mean time a Car(HP32B-0442) which was driven by Bhup Singh came rashly and met with an accident and Two persons who were boarded on said Car( HP32B-0442) alongwith driver sustained injuries in this mishap. HC Deep Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 76/15 dated 15/03/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/O Sh. Jodh Singh R/O Darwal PO ThinaGalu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/03/15 Bhim Singh & Durga Dass obstructing his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Chranji Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 68 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.9700/- was recovered and 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
