CASE OF OBSTRUCTIG WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 79/15 dated 27/03/2105 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chandu Ram S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. Khathyal PO Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/2015 Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Shobha Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Kuldeep Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION

2. Case FIR No. 28/15 dated 28/02/14 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of a person resident of Upper Behali areas that Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Badashar PO Behna Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) kidnapped his minor daughter. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O .of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 92/15 dated 27/03/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Vill. Panaoul PO Barswan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/2015 driver, conductor and owner of Rangra Bus Services beat him up. HC Shiv Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR NO. 93/15 dated 27/03/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Kalawati W/O Sh. Som Dutt R/O VPO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/2015 she was going to home and when reached near Dhalwan, driver of a jeep hit her and she sustained injuries. SI Vishal Rathour Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 94/15 dated 28/03/2015 U/S 451,427,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Leela Devi W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Vill. Bah PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/2015 Vijay and Somu R/O Bid entered in her courtyard and threatened her with dire consequences. SI Nardev Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 35/15 dated 28/03/2015 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Smt. Vidya Devi W/O Late Sh. Twarsu Ram R/O Vill. Shirigad PO Ballo Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/03/2105 Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Keshav Ram, Khub Chand S/O Sh. Keshav Ram, Yog Raj S/O Sh. Keshav Ram, Jagat Ram S/O Sh. Hira Lal, Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Khub Chand, Jai Prakash S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram, Amar Chand S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram, Devi Singh S/O Sh. Hira Lal all resident of the same locality beat her up with her family members while they were cultivating their land. HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

7. 52 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 19,600 /-  was  recovered  and 1  challan   was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 100/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours
