CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT
1 Case FIR No.31/15 dated 04/03/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Bahi PO Makriri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/03/15 a Jeep ( HP29A-3756) which was driven by Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Makriri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) met with an accident at Chotta Galu due to rash driving and Mansa Ram resident of same locality who was also boarded on said vehicle died on the spot & said driver sustained injuries in this mishap. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
2 Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 03/03/15 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Nathu Ram Kanoongo at ( National Highway Authority of India) Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/03/15 when he was withdrawing the cash from Punjab National Bank (ATM ) situated at Chtrokhari, in the mean time one unknown person replaced his ATM card by cheating and after some time also withdrawal the Amount 70,000-/- from his account. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 405 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.67,800 /- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
