CASE OF HURT AND   CRIMINAL   INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No. 45/15  dated 10/03/15  U/S 325, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh.  Sewa Nand  S/O Sh. Jiyunu Ram  R/O  Kalaihani PO  Karsog that  on 09/03/15   Nand  Lal  resident of same  locality    beat him up and  also threatened  with dire consequences.   HC  Tej Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 51/15  dated 09/03/15  U/S 20 of  NDPS  Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar by  ASI  Hem  Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police   officials  at  Paddal  ground and during the course of patrolling he recovered  850  Gram   Cannabis ( Charas) from the possession of  Jagmohan S/O Sh. Indersain R/O  Killa Chowk Pehowa PO  Pehowa Distt.  Kurukhestra (HR) .  ASI  Hem  Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION   

3         Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 10/03/15  U/S 342,  506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Bir Singh  Thakur  S/O  Sh. Keshav Ram  R/O  Gehari PO  Kadyahad Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he  is working as  a Forest Guard in  Forest  Department. On 9/03/15 he slept  after  taking the dinner  and  when he  woke up in the morning  he found that  the main door  of his  room was  locked  from the outside  and which was opened by  with the help of local  ward member and also  threatened  him  dire consequences by  writing on the walls of  his room.  HC  Manoj  Kumar  No. 50  I.O. of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE  OF EXCISE ACT

4            Case FIR No. 04/15   dated 09/03/15  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act   has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the by   ASI  Sandeep  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur  that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Chattar  and during the course of  checking of vehicle( HP28-9735)  he recovered 96  Bottles of   English   Wine  from the possession of  Sunil  Kumar S/O Sh.  Narayan  Singh  R/O Chattar Po Brang  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) &  Prakash Chand  S/O Sh. Kanshi  Ram  R/O  Beri  Brang  Tehsil    Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar   I.O. of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

5          Case FIR No. 71/15  dated 09/03/15  U/S 363  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurdev Sharma S/O  Sh.  Khem  Chand  R/O  Choki  Chandrahan PO Riyur  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Kuldeep  Chand  S/O Sh. Mani Ram  R/O  Garloni PO  Rewalsar Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  kidnapped    his daughter. ASI   Sahab  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

6                    158  Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 20,200 /- was  recovered  and 7 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 800/-   was recovered    during  last 24 hours.
