CASE OF FOREST ACT

1      Case FIR No. 41/15  dated 30/03/15  U/S 41 & 42 of Indian Forest Act &  U/S 379  IPC has been registerred in P.S.  Gohar  on  the complaint  of  Sh.  Suresh  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Padam  Nabh  R/O  Banyak  PO  Bhojpur Tehsil  Sunderngar   at  present  Range officer     Nachan Range  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he   laid a nakka  alongwith other  Forest officials at  Sanpalu  and during the course of   checking of  Vehicle( HP34B-2466)  he recovered   4 Logs of Deodar  from the possession of  Hem Singh  S/O Sh. Hari   Singh  R/O  Chamrathan PO  Jacch  Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) . HC  Chaman Lal   No.  410  I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 29/03/15  U/S 279,337  IPC has been  registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Praveen  Sharma S/O Sh. Jai  Dhan  Sharma R/O  Bhagrotu   Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 29/03/15  he was  present at  Kanaid  , in the mean time a Car   came rashly  from Sunderngar  side and  tried to overtake the  Scooter( HP33A-51890 )  from the  wrong side and hit  said scooter  and  scooter rider  alongwith pillion   sustained injuries  in this mishap .  HC Pawan Kumar  No. 919  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3       Case FIR No.  81/15  dated 29/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mahinder Singh  S/O Sh. Rattan Chand  R/O  Jajrout  P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/03/15  Duni Chand  S/O Sh. Mela Ram  &  Rinku  S/O Sh. Munshi  Ram  obstructed his way and beat him up.  SI Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 69/15 dated 30/03/15  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Roop  Lal  R/O  Gorat PO  Satoh Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/03/15  the conductor of   Private Bus   came alongwith two persons ,obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threatened with dire consequences.  HC  Kamal  Singh  No. 79  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

 5       Case FIR  No. 07/15  dated 30/03/15  U/s 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of  Sh. Sankar Singh  R/O Charu –Ka- Balh  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  29/03/15  he was going to his home, in the mean time  Govind Ram,  Baldev  Raj  & Puja  Devi   resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and beat him up. HC Prem Singh No.  75 I.O. of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND  HURT

 6       Case FIR No. 97/15  dated 29/03/15  U/S  451, 323, 34  IPC  has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi  W/O Sh. Nagarja Ram  R/O  Pipli  PO Darwar   Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt  Mandi (HP)  that on  24/03/15  Pawan  Kumar resident of same locality  entered in   the courtyard  of  her cowshed and  and  beat her up.  SI  Nardev  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        108 Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.13,900 /-  was  recovered  and 12 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2000/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
