Mandi (HP) that on 28/03/15 Magha Devi , Lekh Raj & Smt. Dolma entered in the courtyard of his home and beat his wife and also threatened them with dire consequences. 5 Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 28/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Duhali Tihra and during the course of patrolling he recovered 16,500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Bahadur Singh R/O Duhali Tihra PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 36/15 dated 28/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut that on 28/03/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Takoli and during the course of checking of vehicle( HP56-3832) he recovered 25 Cartons of Country Liquor from the possession of Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Sushan PO Panarsa Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) & Divender Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Baganala PO Panarsa Tehsil. Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 142 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.25,900/- was recovered and 4 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
