CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 21/15 dated 10/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Mathaniul and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Nag Raj S/O Sh. Haru Ram R/O Mathaniul P.O. Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 36/15 dated 10/03/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajit Singh S/O Sh. Hajura Singh R/O Kupad PO Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/03/15 he alongwith his son namely Bharat Inder were coming to Jogindernagar by their Scooter(HP29A-1150) and when they reached near Gurudwara ( Jogindernagar) in the mean time a Jeep (HP29A-7822) came rashly from Mandi side and hit their Scooter and he alongwith his son sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 37/15 dated 11/03/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of SH. Mahesh Thakur S/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Drahal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/03/15 he alongwith Govind Singh were coming from Chogan by Scooty (HP29 A-6999) and when they reached near Satain, in the mean time a Car(HP29 A-4369) came rashly from opposite side and hit his said Scooty and they sustained injuries. HC Desh Raj I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 11/03/15 U/S 279, 429 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lal Man S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Sohar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/03/15 Bus (HP31B-0615) came rashly , hit their pet dog and who died on the spot. ASI Rajinder Thakur I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE UNDER (ATROCITIES ACT) AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMDATION
5 Case FIR No. 46/15 dated 10/03/15 U/S 323, 452, 506, 34 IPC & U/S 3 of SC&ST Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Man Dass S/O Sh. Udmu Ram R/O Thali Sunni Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Het Ram R/O Tattapani Tehsil Karsog came alongwith three persons, entered in the courtyard of his home and dismantled his house and also used derogatory words on the castim basis. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 82/15 dated 10/03/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bharat Rana S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Nounu PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/03/15 he was coming to Sarkaghat by his Car and he reached near Cholthra, in the mean time a Mahindra Bolero came rashly from opposite side and hit his car. ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 83/15 dated 11/03/15 U/S 279,337 & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bimla Devi W/O Yog Raj R/O Kalkhar Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/03/15 she alongwith Besari Devi were going to attend the marriage and when they reached near Kalkhar in the mean time a Motor Cycle rider came rashly and hit her mother-in-law Besri Devi .HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 196 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.21,700/- was recovered and 13 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
