CRIME REPORT ON 20 MAR.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 41/15 dated 19/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar   by  ASI  Sukesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar that he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Ropa and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML   Country Liquor from the possession of  Rakesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Dila Ram  R/O Ropa Padhar  Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI Sukesh  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 42/15  dated 19/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  SI  Yog Raj   SHO of  P.S. Joginderngar  that he was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Trembli and during the  course  of patrolling he recovered  9000 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Gopal Singh   S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram  R/O   Trembli PO  Makridi Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Yog Raj  SHO of P.S. Joginderngar is investigating the case.  

 CASE   OF  EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 77/15 dated19/03/15  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  SI  Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 19/03/15  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Ratti and during the course of checking of  Vehicle (HP33C-7298)  he  recovered 36 Bottles of Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Sandeep  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Nidhi  Chand  R/O  Jajrout PO  Balt  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP).SI  Vikas  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 ARREST OF PROCLAIMED   OFFENDER

  4      HHC  Nand Lal No. 546 & Const. Ram Ji Dass No. 366 of P.S. Balh  succeeded  to nab Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal  R/O  Vill. Dadour  PO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  Who was  declared  Proclaimed Offender on 25/11/2014 by  the Ld Special  Judicial Magistrate Mandi .

CHALLAN

5       204 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.32,900 /- was  recovered  and 11 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1300/-   was  recovered during last 24 hours.
