CASE OF   ATTEMPT   TO MURDER

1          Case FIR No. 37/15  dated 20/03/15  U/S 307  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of   Sh.  Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Tara Chand  VPO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/15  Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Hariman  R/O  Phangwar PO  Bassi  came to his  shop   at Bassi    and  attacked  upon   Daulat  Ram  S/O Sh. Bhup  Singh  VPO  Bassi  Tehsil  Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) with sharp  weapon and he sustained injuries on the back  side of his neck.  ASI  Ram  Krishan  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

  CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 90/15 dated 20/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been  registered in P.S. Sunderngar by  ASI   Prakash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that  on 20/03/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Halel  and  during  the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Ltrs. Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Jagdish  S/O Sh. Mahant  Ram  R/O Halel PO  Kanaid Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Prakash Chand  I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar  is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 91/15  dated 20/03/15  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI  Khalil Ahmed  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that on 20/03/15  he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Sai and during the course  of patrolling he reocovered  10 Ltrs Lahan from the possession of  Raju  S/O Sh. Dumnu  Ram  R/O  Sai PO  Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Khalil Ahmed  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT  

4          Case FIR No. 78/15 dated 20/03/15  U/S 324  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of  Smt. Girja Devi  W/O Sh. Sant  Ram  R/O  Dugrain PO  Brikhmani Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/15   Hem  Chand  resident of the same  locality  beat her up and  she sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No.87/15 dated 20/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  that he  was  on patrolling   alongwith other police officials at  Rasehar and  during the course of  patrolling he recovered  1125  ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession  of  Roshan Lal  S/O Sh. Sardaru Ram  R/O  Rasehar Po  Masern Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O.  of P.S. Sarkaghat is  investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT  

6          Case FIR No.88/15  dated 20/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Naresh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Bakarta and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5250 ML  Country  from the possession of  Suman Kumar S/O Sh. Purshottam R/O Bakarta PO  Rakhoh  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7. 155 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.14,700 /- was  recovered  and 7 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
