CASE OF   OFFENCE   AGAINST   PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 74/15 dated 02/03/15  U/S  353, 332, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by   Const. Virender Kumar  No. 703  that  he is posted as a constable  General Duty at  Police Station  Sundernagar . On  02/03/15  he alongwith  ASI Ram Lal  were  present  at  Sangahan in connection with inquiry   and during the course of inquires  Khem  Raj  S/O Sh. Dharam Singh  R/O  Sangahan PO Jugahan Tehsil Sunderngar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  manhandled  with them and also abused  them.   Insp.  Madan  Dhiman  SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE   OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS, RIOTING, MISCHIEF   AND  CRIMINAL INTIMDATION

2          Case FIR No. 25/15 dated 02/03/15 U/S 451, 147, 149, 504,506, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Smt. Mani Devi  W/O Sh. Hem Raj  R/O Masora PO  Nagwain Sub- Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/01/15    when  she was present in her home and  she heard the  loudly noise  and  she  came out  from her   room & she found that 8 persons( Male & Female )resident  of  the  same locality,    entered in the courtyard of her home  and  also  threw the stones  upon her home and   abused her.  HC  Kuldeep  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 46/15  dated 02/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S Sadar      that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Dudur and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Sanjay  Kumar S/O Sh. Yoginder Singh  R/O  Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 42/15 dated 03/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Dr. Nishant  S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O  Bagibanola PO  Banola  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  three unknown person  obstructed his way and beat  him up and he sustained injuries.   ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.
