CASE OF CRIMININAL   MISAPPROPRIATION, CHEATING, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST   &  CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

1       Case FIR No. 58/15 dated 14/03/15  U/S 403, 405, 406, 420, 422, 424, 120 (B)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of    Branch Manager Himachal Gramin Bank   that  Arun  Sharma S/O Sh. Bhup Chand  Sharma R/O3/4 Hopital  Road  Mandi  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  has taken  the loan  amount  to Rs. 1,40000  from     said  bank  for purchasing   Nano  Car  but said  person  not  purchase   any  vehicle   and  nor  returned the   bank  loan  to the concerning  branch till now.  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I/C of PP City  Mandi  is  investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2       Case   FIR No.59/15 dated 14/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhader Singh   S/O Sh. Neter Singh R/O  Ropru PO  Nasloh  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that  on 14/03/15  he was  going to his home , in the  mean  time  Suraj mani came alongwith his father Govind , resident of  same  locality  obstructed his way  and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Singh  No. 79  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMDATION

3          Case FIR No.60/15 dated 14/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Suraj mani  S/O Sh. Govind  Ram  R/O Ropru PO Nasloh  Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on  14/03/15  Bhadur Singh  resident of same  locality   obstructed his way and beat him alongwith his father  Govind  and  they   sustained injuries.  HC   Durga Dass No. 408  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   KIDNAPPING

4          Case FIR No. 84/15 dated 15/03/15  U/S 363 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram  S/O Sh. Brestu Ram  R/O  Ropa  PO Batwara Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 10/03/15 his  son  Arun Prakash &  Pappu  S/O  Sh. Het Ram  resident of   same locality went  to  graze  the   goats but they   did not return  back to  home   yet and he  suspect that someone kidnapped  said both children.  ASI Brij Lal  I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

5          94  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.11,800/-  was  recovered  and 10 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1000/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
