CASE UNDER  IT ACT

1        Case FIR No. 70/15 dated 30/3/15 u/s 67A IT Act & 34 IPC has been registered on the written application of Sh. Omprakash S/O Ranjeet Singh R/O Village Ropa Matyahal Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi H.P.   That on dated 16/12/14 he received a porn video clip regarding which was sent to him by his cousin brother namely Nand Kishore in which two ladies and four gents making porn video clip. Case is being investigated by SI Ram Lal  PS Sadar Mandi.  

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 45/15 dated 30/03/15 U/S 452, 323,504.506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prabh Dayal S/O Sh. Dhundu Ram R/O Vill. Banaun PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Jagat Ram S/O Sh. Rumia Ram R/O Vill. Banaun PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Subhash Singh Incharge P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 49/15 dated 30/03/15 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog that on 30/03/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhanera and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 bottles (3750 ML) country liquor from the possession of Labh Singh S/O Sh. Jassa Ram R/O Vill. Purani Shao PO Bhanera Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

  CASE   OF    PREVENTION   OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

4        Case FIR No.08/15  dated  31/03/15  U/S 11 of  (Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act)  has been registered  on the complaint of    Sh. Rajesh  Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Puran Chand  R/O   Upper Ghanala that on 30/03/15   Roop Singh  resident of the same locality entered in the Cow-Sadan  beat up the animal brutally    and also drowned   a bull in the Beas river .  HC  Rajmal  No. 856  I.O. of  PP Sandhole  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE  ACT

 5       Case FIR No. 42/15  dated 30/03/15  U/S 39 of  HP  Excise  Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  SI  Lal  Singh    SHO of P.S. Gohar   that on 30/03/15   he    was on patrolling alongwith other police  officials at  Bara  and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  48  Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Surrender Singh S/O Sh. Karan  Singh  R/O  Bara Teshil  Chachiot Distt.  Mandi (HP).  SI  Lal  Singh  SHO  of   P.S. Gohar   is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 6       Case FIR No. 82/15 dated 31/03/15  U/s 341, 324, 506  IPC  has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sudhir Kumar  S/O Sh. Rekh  Ram   R/O  Bhadyal  PO   Tikkar  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/03/15  Vinit  Kumar  resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threatened with dire consequences.  SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        152  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.24,300 /-  was  recovered  and 15 challans  were issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1500/-  was recovered  during  last 24 hours.
