 CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 38/15 date 21/03/2015 U/S 325,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Vill. Sakohar PO Moviseri Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/2015 Kansi Ram S/O Sh. Nagnu Ram R/O Vill. Tawajan PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi and his brother Rathi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR NO. 89/15 dated 21/03/2015 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Asha Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Bhagwan PO Bari Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/03/15 Leela Devi and her husband entered in her room and threatened her with dire consequences. SIO Vishal Rathore Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigaitng the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 90/15 dated 22/03/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Pritam Chand R/O Vill. Khasal PO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/03/14 Bhola Ram R/O Kharsal and Deep R/O Baggi obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Shiv Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT

4. Case FIR No. 92/15 dated 21/03/2105 U/S 356 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nitu Devi W/O Sh. Hariman R/O VPO Kalauhad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/03/2015 Neeraj S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O VIll. Dayargi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) came there and used force in attempt to theft her mobile phone. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 6/15 dated 21/03/15 US 452,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Vill. Bairi PO Kothuan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Bhaj entered in his house and beat him up along with his wife. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

6. 129  Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.23,900/-  was  recovered  and 11 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1400/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
