CRIME REPORT ON 18 MAR.

CASE OF   (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT)   

1          Case FIR No.85/15 dated 17/03/15 U/S 3 of  PDP  Act has  been  registered in P.S.  on the complaint of  Sh. Gokal S/O Late.  Sh. Himat Ram  R/O Katwali  Kalahod Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/03/15   Ram Dass  resident of  the same locality  damaged  the  Govt.    property  by  breaking   the    Electricity Meter  of his home .  ASI Samsher Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 17/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar  by  SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that on 17/03/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Radda and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Ltrs. Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Tara Devi W/O Sh. Roop  Lal  R/O  Radda PO Meramasit Tehsil  Sunderngar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O.  of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case  FIR No.40/15 dated 17/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has  been registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta  that he was on patrolling  alongwith   other police officials at  Talkehar   and during the course of  patrolling   he recovered  6 Bottles of   Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Makholi Ram  S/O Sh. Siyaru Ram  R/O  Talkehar PO Ahaju Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Thakru Ram  I/C of  PP Ghatta is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4         Case FIR No.31/15  dated 17/03/15  U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on  the  complaint of   Miss Meera Devi   D/O Sh Gian  Chand  R/O  Takoli  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  17/03/15  when she was  present  in her home, in the mean time  Basant  Lal  resident of same  locality  came  alongwith his wife, Tikkama Devi, entered in the courtyard of her home and beat her alongwith her father.  ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5          265 Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 34,700/-  was  recovered  and 19 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.2000/-  was recovered  &  5  Challan were  issued under Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 23,300/- was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
