CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 27/15 dated  26/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has  been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony   Sundernagar by  ASI Shanti Swaroop that on  26/03/15  that he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Palauhata and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  3750  ML Illicit Liquor  from  possession of  Smt.  Krishna Devi  W/O Sh. Gulab Singh  R/O  Palauhata PO Upper  Behli  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .ASI Shanti Swaroop  Addl.  SHO of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2        Case FIR No. 43/15 dated 26/03/15 U/S 289  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand  Sharma  S/O  Late. Sh. Ranpati Sharma R/O  Nichala  Groru  PO  Jalpehar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he has bitten by the pet  dog of   Khannu  Ram  Jarman . ASI  Sukesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR  No. 44/15 dated 27/03/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC   & U/S 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  HC Sanjeev Kumar  I.O.. of  PP  Lad-Bhadol  that  on  a  telephonic information   he  went  on  the spot and  found that   a   Scooter (HP 53-0703)  met  with an accident  at Diddawin  which was  ridden by  Balbinder  Singh  S/O Sh.  Raj  Kumar   R/O   Tain  PO  Upper  Tehsil  Lad- Bharol   Distt. Mandi in  the influence  of alcohol   and he  sustained injuries and admitted  to  CHC Lad- Bharol .  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar   No. 58  I.O. of  PP  Lad- Bharol is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No.  79/15 dated 27/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S.   Balh   on the complaint of  Sh. Chandu Ram   S/O Sh. Govind  Ram  R/O  Kathyal PO Kummi  Tehsil Balh   Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 26/03/15  Prakash Chand  S/O Sh.  Shobha Ram  resident of same  locality  obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threatened with dire consequences.   SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

5        Case FIR No. 67/15 dated 27/03/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Surender  Kumar  S/O Sh. Padam Singh  R/O  Larwahan PO  Sadyana Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/15  he was  present   near  Gas  Agency  Sauli Khad , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle  (HP33C-1939)  which was ridden by  Litesh Chaudhar   alongwith  Pilloin  , came rashly    towards  Mandi  side and  hit  to Bhoop  Singh   and he sustained  injuries  alongwith  rider and pillion.  HC  Durga Dass  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   Mandi  is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        126  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs 22,200/-  was  recovered  and 8 challans were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1000/-  was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
