1 Case FIR No. 61/15 dated 16/03/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Sandeep Choudhary I/C PP Pandoh that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Nela and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 Bottles of English Wine & 2 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Devender Kumar S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Nela PO Durar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sandeep Choudhary I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 47/15 dated 16/03/15 U/S 279, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Amar Nath I/C of PP Pangna that on 16/03/15 on a telephonic information he went on the spot and found a Car (HP30-0648) was met with an accident due to rash driving by driver, Sewa Singh S/O Sh. Lachhi Ram R/O Thaat PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) and he succumbed to his injuries at Primary Health Centre Pangna. ASI Amar Nath I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 84 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.12,800/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 1 challans was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
