CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 68/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Inspr. Chet Singh SHO P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling at Kainchi More (Near Baggi) along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 900 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Paine Ram R/O Vill. Kalium PO Kadown Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu (HP). Inspr Chet Ram SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIATION

2.      Case FIR No. 69/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S 451,323,324,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chhottu Ram S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Vill. Kathyal PO Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/2015 Pawan Kumar, Vicky and Devinder entered in his courtyard beat him up along with his father. HC Naresh Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 70/15 dated 06/03/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tikkam Chand S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Banaoun PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/2015 Sandy Kumar, Omi and Naresh Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 76/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Tibhlu Ram R/O Vill. Batol PO Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/2015 at about 03.15 PM a Bolero Jeep (PB02-BS-4367) very rashly and negligently from Sundernagar side and hit the M/Cycles (PB02BM-3009, PB02 BX-6454 & PB 46S-33274) and S/Sh. Vishal,  Sahil, Billa, Shikender and Gagandeep sustained injuries. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 26/15 dated 05/03/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vir Singh S/O Sh. Bhadru R/O Vill. Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/2015 two persons came from Balichowki side and obstructed his way. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge Police Post Balichowki investigating the case.   

ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 19/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Late Sh. Trilok Chand R/O Vill. Dhanotu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/15 a car (HP31A-7644) came from Mahadev side very rashly and negligently and hit M/cycle (HP31B-1519) and in this mishap two persons sustained injuries.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No 879 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 47/15 dated 05/03/2105 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Tarun Goel S/O Sh. Kamlesh Goel R/O Vok Soda Water Factory Plot  No. 16A  Phase-III Souli Khad that on 05/03/2015 he along with his friend Mayank were coming from Khaliyar, in the mean time two M/Cycles (PB06T-5242 & A/F) obstructed their way and beat up him along with his friend Mayank. HC Bhagat Ram No. 901 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CIRMINAT INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 48/15 dated 05/03/2015 U/S 341,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Abhijit Dogra S/O Sh. Janki Dass Dogra R/O H. No. 316/11 near Tarna Temple Mandi, Distt. Mandi (HP) thaton 05/03/2015 he was going to Talyahar by his car (HP33-0452) and when he reached near Talyar, in the mean time a car (HP33D-9900) obstructed his way and threatened him and also abused him. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9.      Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 06/03/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Labhi Ram R/O Vill. Rehari PO Kashwala Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/15 she was going to Kawal and when she reached near kawal a M/Cycle rider hit her and she sustained injuries. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 135 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.15,300/-  was  recovered  and 9 challans  were issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 900/-  was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
