CASE   OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING  WAY , HURT  AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1         Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 06/03/15  U/S 447, 341, 323,506, 34  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Kuldeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem  Chand  RO VPO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 06/03/15  he was  coming from Baldawara  and when he reached near  Himachal Gramin Bank  Baldwara, in the mean time   Sunny   came  alongwith  luckey and two  other persons  obstructed  his way  and  beat  him up. HC Shiv  Singh  I.O. of PP  Halti  is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 49/15  dated 07/03/15 U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.   Sadar  by  SI  Chanchal Singh   that on 07/02/15  he  laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials  at  Garloun nala  and  during the course of  nakkabandi  he recovered  108 Grams Charas from the possession of  Rohan Madloi S/O Sh. Joseff  Madloi R/O  House No. 36  Shanti Deep  Colony  Behind  Office  of  Danik Bhaskar Tehsil Indore (MP).   SI  Chanchal Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Sadar  is  investigating the   case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , MISCHIEF AND  CRIMINAL INTIMDATION  

3         Case FIR No.  31/15  dated 06/03/15 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand  S/O Sh. Poladhu Ram   R/O  Shalla  Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi   (HP)  that on 05/03/15  he  along with  his  son namely  Dinesh Kumar &  Umesh Kumar  were present in their   shop at   Chailchowk , in the  mean time  Bhupender  Pal   S/O Sh. Narender Kumar   came  alongwith   Ashu  Verma   R/O  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP), entered  in the courtyard of  his  shop  and  beat  them  and  also damaged   their car  and  threatened   them with dire consequences. SI  Lal  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 30/15  dated 06/03/15  U/S  452, 436, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Shiv  Lal  S/O Sh. Amar  Chand  R/O   Raya PO  Bhdhu   Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) tht  on 06/03/15  Ghanshyam   resident of  the same locality  entered in his home  and  beat him up and   threatened with dire consequences  and  set  his home on fire. ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I.O.  of P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

5          Case  FIR No. 34/15  dated 07/03/15  U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint   of  Smt.  Ram  Pyari W/O  Late. Sh.  Julfi   Ram  R/O  Dhelu  PO  Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 06/03/15  Bhawani  Singh   Ramjan,  Ranjeet , Malik  Singh  & Sanjeev  were dancing  in the courtyard of his home  and  during  the  celebration of  dancing   party,  Ranjeet,  Ramjan &  Sanjeev  beat up   her  son  Bhawani  Singh and  he sustained injuires. SI  Yog  Raj  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6          Case FIR No. 21/15  dated  7/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC  has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar on the complaint of   Sh.  Roop  Lal  S/O Sh. Keshav Ram  R/O  Majhrot PO  Chambi  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that    Oma Dutt resident of the  same  locality  obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threaten with dire consequences.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar  No. 879  I.O. of PS BSL Colony  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi is investigating the case.

7    Case FIR No. 22/15  dated 07/03/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC  has been registered in  P.S.  BSL  Colony   Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Oma Dutt S/O Sh. Ghanku Ram  R/O  Majhrot  PO  Chambi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 07/03/15  Roop  Lal  resident of same locality   obstructed his way and  beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O. of PS BSL Colony  Sunderngar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case  FIR No. 77/15  dated 06/03/15    U/S 279 , 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar   on the  complaint of SH. Lal   Chand  S/O Sh. Nanda Ram  R/O  Alsu PO  Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/15   he was present at    Alsu, in the mean  time a  Scooty  came  rashly  from Dehar  side  and hit to  Miss  Shivani  and she sustained injuries.  HC Leeladhar  No. 913 I.O. of PP  Dehar is  investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No. 17/15 dated 07/03/15  U/S 341, 323  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Bhim Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Khima  Ram  R/O   Kachyaot Dhar  PO  Kummi Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 06/03/15  Pawan Kumar  S/O Sh. Hem   Raj  R/O  Sajoun  PO  Kunnu  Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed   his way and beat him up.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

10        Case FIR No. 18/15   dated 07/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in  P.S.  Padhar by  SI  Bhim  Sain   SHO of P.S. Padhar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at   Kasiandhar ( Jhatingri) and during the course of patrolling he recovered  8 Bottles of   Country  Liquor from the possession of  Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Shyam  Lal  R/O  Dungar( Futtakhad)  PO  Jhatingri  Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Bhim  Sain  SHO of  P.S. Padhar  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

11        Case FIR No. 19/15  dated 07/03/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar   by  SI  Bhim  Sain  SHO of   P.S.  Padhar  that  he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Badoundhar and durng the course of patrolling he recovered  8 Bottles of  Country  Liquor   from  the possession of  Chunni  Lal  S/O Sh. Besar   Ram  R/O  Futtakhal PO Jhatingari Tehsil Padhar  Distt.  Mandi (HP).  SI Bhim  Sain   SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF ROAD  ACCIDENT &  RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

12        Case FIR No. 44/15 dated 07/03/15 U/S 279, 337   IPC  & 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the  complaint of Sh. Bhagi Rath  S/O Sh. Paras Ram  R/O  Janoh  Tehsil Nihari  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 06/03/15  he was present at  Kotalu, in the mean time  a Jeep which was driven by  Chuni  Lal  came rashly  and hit  him .  HC  Tej  Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

13        Case FIR No. 43/15  dated  05/03/15  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered  in P.S.Karsog   by  ASI  Jhabe  Ram  that on  04/03/15  he   laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at Bakhrot and  during the course of checking   of a Scooter  he recovered  251  Gram  Charas   from the  possession of  Ravinder Kumar  &  Karan  Kumar   who were boarded on the  said  Scooter .  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of  P.S.  Karsog is investigating the  case.

CHALLAN

14        185  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.26,800/-  was  recovered  and 16 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1600/-  was recovered  and  1 challan was  issued under Mining  Act  and  fine of Rs. 4600/-   was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
