CRIME REPORT ON 6 FEB

TRAFFIC PLAN FOR   INTERNATIONAL SHIVRATRI  FAIR -2015

 1         Today  a meeting  held   with the SDM, Sadar Mandi, ASP, Mandi (Supervisory officer Traffic Police Mandi),  RTO Mandi, R.M. HRTC and  Incharge     traffic Mandi on   arrangements of traffic regulation/ traffic plan  during  International Shivratri Fair 2015  which was  presided by   Sh.  Mohit Chawla , IPS, worthy  Superintendent of Police, Distt. Mandi (H.P)

It  was decided  during said meeting that  temporary  bus  stands  will be established  near  bypass on NH-21  and  near Bhiuli  bridge. Barriers  for  traffic  checking  &  Surveillance will also be  established  at Nagchalla on NH-21,  at Bindrabani near forest barrier,  at Khaliyar  on NH-154  near  Kataula Mor &  at Taliyahar .

In addition to above parking   places   have also been identified  for  two wheelers and  light motor  vehicle  etc.

  CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 12/15 dated 05/02/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar   by  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Bandish  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 Ltrs. Illicit  Liquor  the  possession  of  Om  Chand  S/O Sh. Gange Ram R/O  Klehar PO Katoula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , MISCHIEF  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 44/15 dated 05/02/15  U/S 452, 447,427, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh.  Sukh  Ram  S/O Sh. Lachhman Singh  VPO  Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/15  Promila Devi came  alongwith  Shankari Devi, & Raj  Kumar , entered in the courtyard of   his home  and   also  damaged the  boundary  wall  of his home. ASI   Naresh  Kumar I.O. of  P.S.  Sarkaghat .

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No. 33/15 dated 05/02/15  U/S  20,29 NDPS  Act has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on by HC Nand Lal No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that   on 05/02/15 he laid a nakka  alongwith other  police officials at  Nagchalla and  during the course of   checking  of vehicle (HP23A-0547)   he recovered 830 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Raj  Kiran S/O Sh.  Bhag Chand  R/O  Seri   Behar PO Khokhan Tehsil Bhuntar  Distt. Kullu  (HP)  &  Rahul  S/O Sh. Dharam Chand  R/O  Byasar Tehsil Kullu (HP). HC  Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of                   P.S.  Balh is investigiatng the case.

 

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

5          Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 06/02/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC  Tek Chand  No. 3  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that on 06/02/15  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Pungh and  during the course of  checking of  Bus(PBQ0-9956)  he recovered  305 Gram  Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of  Vivek  Kumar  S/O Sh. Onkar  Singh  R/O  Pansai PO  Budhan Tehsil  Bangana Distt. Una.  HC Tek Chand  No. 03  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS  AND INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 51/15  dated 05/02/15  u/S 447, 379, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt.  Nirmla Devi  W/O Sh. Parash Ram  R/O  Ambedkar PO  Sundenragar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 05/02/15  Raghu Pati   came alongwith his wife  Neelam,  Surinder &  Kamla Devi and  entered in his land   and  also  stole away   stone  from her  land .  HC   Baldev  Chand   No. 896 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the  case.

CHALLAN

7          76 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.8700/-  was  recovered  and 6 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
