CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 11/15 dated 10/02/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal  R/O  Deoth Tehsil  Bilaspur Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/15 he was  going by his  Car( HP58A-5700)  and  when he reached  near  Naulakha , in the mean time  a  Car( HP58A-5700)   which was  driven by  Uchhab Ram  S/O  Late Sh.  Shaunka Ram R/O  Palouhta came rashly  and collided  with  a  Jeep( HP23B-9198) which was  coming  from opposite side.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879  I.O. of P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case. 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 19/15  dated 11/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar   on the complaint of Sh. Ishwar  Dass  S/O Sh. Tek Chand  R/O  Kheldhar PO Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/15   he was going to  Thunag  Bazar, in the mean time  Yashwant  came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI   Jeet Singh  I/C of  PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 22/15 dated   11/02/15   U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roop  Singh  S/O  Sh. Gulab   Singh  R/O  Makdena Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Pyar Chand  S/O Sh. Bhuri  Singh  resident of same locality  came alongwith  Kamlesh R/O  Harabag  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi   and obstructed his way  and  beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajmal  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 30/15 dated 10/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI  Amar Singh  that  on 10/02/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Seri  Katanda and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 24 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Kahsav S/O Sh. Bhup Singh  R/O  Seri  Katanda Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Amar  Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5          Case FIR No.  50/15 dated 11/02/15 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O  Sarskan Po Baroti Teshil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  11/02/15  Vipin Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC  Prem Singh  No. 15  I.O. of  PP Dharampur is investigating  the case.

CASE UNDER   IT ACT

6            Case  FIR No. 51/15 dted 11/02/15  U/S 66 (A)  of  I.T. Act has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Minakshi Devi W/O Sh.  Vipin  Kumar  R/O  Ratkehal PO  Sanjeo Piplu Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Rajender Kumar  R/O  Gadohal    Distt. Mandi (HP)   send her   an  obscene SMS on  her  mobile .  Insp  Jagdish  Kanwar SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7          169 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.24,900/-  was  recovered  and 5 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 500/-  was recovered  and 2 challans were issued under  Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000 was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
