CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR NO. 37/15 dated 11/02/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar that  on 11/02/15  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Bindrabani and  during the course of checking of  Bus (DL1PC-5037) he recovered 500 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from a unclaimed bag. ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating   the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND RIOTING

2        Case FIR No. 36/15 dated 11/02/15 U/S 341, 143 IPC  has been registered  in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh. Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Govind Ram  R/O  Morla   PO  Barang  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 11/02/15  he was present at Chohatta Bazar , in the mean time    activists of  BSP  namely  Dayanand ,  M.L.  Sahani, Kanshi Ram, Narayan Singh,  Shesh Ram  & Vijay  Nayar  obstructed the way of general traffic as well as public.  HC Vijay Kumar  No. 405  I.O. of  PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case  FIR No. 55/15 dated 11/02/15 U/S  39 of  HP  Excise  Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by   ASI  Ahmad I/O of P.S. Sundernagar on 11/02/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Rada and during the course of  patrolling he recovered  5 Ltrs. Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Sarla Devi  W/O Sh. Roshan  Lal  R/O Rada ( Dharanda) PO  Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Khalil Ahmad  I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

4        Case  FIR No.  13/15  dated 11/02/15 U/S 406 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.  Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Chand  R/O  Chodhrukala  Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)   at present  Principal Govt.  Senior   Secondary School  Murah  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Tej Ram  S/O Sh.  Chhape Ram  R/O  Ghaneshar PO Khola Nallah  Sub- Tehsil BaliChowki  who was  the   member  of school  Management  Committee    had  withdrawal   Rs more  than   3 Lac.for the  construction of   rooms of the said school   but no any construction  done till now .  HC  Santosh Kumar  No. 70  I.O. of PP  Bali Chowki  is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  THREAT  OF INJURY TO  PUBLIC SERVANT

5        Case FIR No. 23/15  dated  11/12/15 U/S 341, 504, 189 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand  S/O Sh. Kablu Ram  R/O  Maranda Tehsil  Palaw Distt. Kangra (HP) that   he  is  working as a driver of  HRTC Depot . On  11/02/15  he was  he was on  the route  and reached  at  Seru, in the mean time  Mahesh Soni  came in the bus and  obstructed   him, and also abused him .  ASI Sukesh  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

6       Case FIR No.41/15 dated 11/02/15  U/S 342, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Reeta Devi  W/O Sh. Dharam Singh  R/O  Dolakh PO Bhangrotu  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/02/15   she was present in her home, in the mean time   Lekh Ram  came alongwith his wife  Meena  Devi , entered in her room  and started to abusing her.  HC  Hosiyar  Singh  No. 873  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

  7      151 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.28,500 /- was  recovered  and 9 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1100/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours.
