CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1       Case  FIR No.15/15  dated 02/02/15 U/S 39  of HP   Excise Act has been registered in  P.S. Gohar by  Jeet  Singh  I/C of  PP Janjehli  that on 01/02/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials at  Janjehli  and  during the  course of patrolling he recovered  24  bottles of  Country   Liquor  from the possession  Tara Chand  S/O Sh. Sher  Singh  VPO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Jeet  Singh  I/C of  PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2        Case FIR No. 08/15 dated 02/02/15  U/S  20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar   by  ASI  Shiv  Kumar   that on  02/02/15  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Naresh Chownk  and during the course of  nakkabandi  he recovered 875 Gram Charas (Cannabis)  from the possession of  Sh.  Ravi  Singh  S/O Sh. Rakesh  Kumar R/O  Sadar Bazar  Station Road  Khalilbad Tehsil Gorkahpur (UP) . Accused has been arrested and  further investigation  is being carried out by  ASI  Shiv  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3       Case FIR No. 26/15 dated 02/02/15  U/S   279, 337  IPC has been registered  in  P.S. Sadar  on the complaint  of Sh.  Manmohar Singh  S/O Sh. Sumer Singh  R/O  Basantpur  PO  Sahrol Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan  that  on 02/02/15  he was  going to Kullu by Truck(HP11-3402) and when reached  near  5 Miles , in the mean time  a Tata Sumo(HP01K-4126)  came rashly  from opposite  side and hit his  said  Truck  and  all the occupants  who were boarded on said Tata Sumo   sustained injuries.  HC  Jadish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 47/15  dated  01/02/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Roshan  Lal  S/O Sh.  Nanku Ra m   R/O  Tarot PO  Kanaid  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 01/02/15  he was  present in the courtyard of his home ,  in the mean time  Vehicle(CH03J-7760)  & (HP22E-0999) collided  to each  other due  to rash  driving  both  drivers of said  vehicles   and  9 persons  who were boarded on said  vehicles  sustained injuries.  SI  Kalyad  Singh  I.O.  of  P.S.  Sundernagar  is   investigating  the case

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5        Case FIR No. 2/15 dated 01/01/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  SI Sunil  Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Chalyog and   during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Govind ram  S/O Sh. Begi Ram  R/O  Chalyog PO Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP).

CHALLAN

6        105  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.20,600/-  was  recovered  and 13 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1300/-  was recovered     during last 24 hours.
